From start to finish, this was a brilliant experience.
Emily, who made the appointments was friendly, professional, polite & efficient. Everything was followed up with a confirmation email.
The representatives who carried out the work were polite & professional. They even cleaned up after themselves.
I have gotten so used to messy unreliable workers that this was a wonderful experience.
The only issue I had was that they came earlier than arranged. I asked for afternoon appointments & they came in the morning. I know it's difficult to put an exact time on arrival due to not knowing how long each previous job would take, but this was inconvenient for me.
Overall the experience was way better than I had anticipated.

My Bungalow is so cold in the winter and with the gas heating so expensive, decided to call Warmer home, this was part funded by a Government Grant. I had old insulation 6 appointments in total. 1st and 2nd were both very good. and the 3rd on Friday l was very impressed with the 2 guys Rich and Aiden they were very helpful, polite and professional, nothing was to much trouble, they had the job to remove all the old insulation and took a few hours. Really neat and tidy finish, they both are an asset to your company.
I am looking forward to having the work completed in the next couple of weeks.

Having recently purchased our home, we knew that the insulation which had been in place since 1979 needed updating, so we contacted the Warmer Group. They provided a friendly, professional and reasonable priced service, from the initial no obligation survey, to the extraction and installation of our new insulation. Throughout the work their staff, explained the processes and kept us informed of progress and adapted to our circumstances. After both the extraction and insulation were completed, they tidied up any mess they had created and made good the brick work, leaving the property as they found it. Overall a very good service, and I would happily recommend them.

The staff were all very helpful from the time me rang them for a survey, the surveyor was very thorough and the guys fitting the extractor fan were quick and clean workers. The 2 lads fitting the insulation in the roof did so quickly and thorough.

The first exploratory visit to find out what work was required was very well conducted and helpful. When the work was actually carried out the workers were careful and worked quickly and efficiently and cleared up afterwards. Excellent!

Everything was explained to me, the surveyor was excellent, as was the engineer who arrived to install the cavity insulation.

Great company, great work - highly recommend.

They failed to show up for follow up appointment to correct an error.
They failed to call the following morning after no show to arrange a time as they assured me they would that meant I wasted valuable time waiting in for them and the call.
TrustMark certificate address details are wrong and they refuse to address this.
Dealing with the firm has been difficult and stressful and they have not made the process easy.

Had wall insulation done, and the guys that did it were 100% professional, cant even notice the filled drill holes after they were done, and best of all felt the difference the next morning.
Only down side was the back of the house upstairs couldn't be completed due to not having a cavity wall suitable for it, but that's completely on the construction of the house and not on these guys and said they would report back with a discounted amount to pay due to this unforeseen issue

I had wall and loft insulation recently. All went really well and quick, it only took half a day to complete everything. They covered all the holes and painted them back, you can’t even noticed them.From the guy that came to see the house and explained things, to the guys who did the job and also the customer service answering my questions, all were really helpful and professional.

Polite, thorough, informative and a sense of humour. They even painted over the drill holes in the freshly decorated wall. Top blokes and service.

All the staff, from booking appointments to those who attended our home for the initial visit, 2 pressure tests and those who completed the clearance and loft insulation were all great and professional. Efficient and courteous throughout. Communication was clear and both the survey and the loft insulation were done as scheduled and to suit our timetable. The price was very reasonable.
