A wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable evening, Lots of different mediums to use and techniques to try, Beth offers lots of encouragement and always on hand to point in the right direction,

I've been attending art-k Bournemouth adult lessons since January and have tried various art mediums under Beth's guidance.
Beth is very patient, encouraging and provides advice as required. The sessions are very relaxed and the time passes very quickly
I am really enjoying going back to doing art which I haven't done since leaving school many years ago.

My daughter really enjoys art-K, she’s been going there since September. Beth is a very kind teacher and she’s always there to guide and help you improve your art skills.

Great staff, well structured classes, my kids really enjoy it

Our son attended art-K for several years. As a child with learning disabilities it was so lovely to find such a fun, creative and supportive place for him to spend some time every week. art-K is truly inclusive with the amazing teachers meeting the children exactly where they are, helping them to create pieces of art they feel proud to bring home. Thank you so much!

My Son Harry had his 8th birthday party at Art K and absolutely loved it.
Molly and Julia were lovely,engaged all the children and made it so fun.

Great teachers and loving atmosphere

Really well run Art class for children. The Stoughton club is friendly & professional, providing a calm and well mannered space for children to learn and enjoy creating art. My son went for a year and really enjoyed his time learning an array of different techniques and styles of art from drawing to clay modelling and different paint forms. I would reccommend to anyone who has a crafty child.

Been going for a few months now and my daughter absolutely loves it. The teachers are lovely and the projects are great with a wide range of materials being used. My daughter is learning so much and having a great time.

Highly recommend Art-K. Our daughter has been attending for the past 4 years and has absolutely loved it. It’s been great to see her confidence and creativity grow over that time. The teacher, Jessica is fantastic, she is very patient, encouraging and genuinely passionate about what she does.

Well engaged staff / kids had a great time. Great organisation/comms in advance. Recommended!

My son, Luke, has been attending weekend classes at this centre for around 18 months now and when I ask if he would like to carry on attending at the end of each term his response has always been immediate and enthuiastic - which is probably the best recommendation you can get from an 11 year old who usually prefers to spend his time on an ipad and Playstation!

Nia and her team provide a fantastic and safe creative environment with a great mix of support, guidance and freedom for Luke to express himself through a nice variety of projects. He really enjoys having the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques alongside working on longer-term projects over the course of each term, and takes a lot of pride in sharing and displaying his work at home and with family (particularly his grandparents). What's equally as impressive is that he really enjoys taking what he learns in class and applying them to his own art at home - so the classes are not just pulling him away from his devices during those sessions, they are also encouraging him to explore his art in his own spare time as well.

High recommendations all round from myself and, more importantly, from Luke.

My Daughter has a range of SEN needs from Autism to Dyspraxia and Aileen is wonderful with her. Aileen explains everything in a way my daughter can understand, Aileen uses visuals including sand timers to keep my daughter on track without alarming her.
The sessions are small which is ideal meaning your able to get the support and guidance needed from Aileen.
Im so pleased we found this class as this is the only class we have ever been able to drop and go.
The 1hr15 sessions are a perfect duration giving my daughter the time she needs to transition from one task to another and still have time to tidy up towards the end of the session.
There is also a lock on the door which is high up so i know my daughter is safe and can not run out of the building.
My daughter looks forward to Art -Katherine every week. Thank you 😃

I have never taken Sophie to London so it will be a first :) very exciting ..

I will book Sophie in for May half term classes soon .

My 8-year-old daughter really enjoys this art class. Eliza and the other teachers are super friendly and encouraging, and the projects are fun and creative. I'm always really impressed with the pieces she brings home. She's always looking forward to Friday afternoon, it’s been a great experience for her so far.

We are so happy that art-K has opened in Jesmond! My children absolutely love their sessions here. It is such a lovely, safe, and welcoming environment for them to explore their creativity. We used to travel all the way to Whitley Bay for art classes, so having this right on our doorstep is incredibly convenient. A wonderful addition to the community!
