Shame they didn’t clean the windows after putting them in.

The surveyor came a looked at the broken velux glass in our window within a few days of being approached and a quote for the work was received swiftly. The quote was reasonable and I had no hesitation in booking in the job after accepting the terms and conditions which were clearly laid out .

The fitter who arrived within a few weeks of accepting the quote was extremely polite and did the work with the minimum of fuss and no mess . Would recommend the company wholeheartedly.

Have used this company twice now, each time I can’t fault their professionalism, they give clear quotes and very reasonable prices, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Our 'popped' window pane was replaced with a minimum of fuss and no mess. Everything was done with just two quick visits - firstly to measure the old pane and then a couple of weeks later to fit the made-to-measure replacement. C2C kept us informed throughout the process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The representative Didn’t turn up to quote ! We waited in all day the appointment given was from 8.00am - 5.30 no phone call to update or cancel. What a waste of our time. Would not recommend

The whole experience has been very professional and been excellent from start to finish. Stuart the fitter and Jack were very good and certainly had lots of experience. We are both very pleased and satisfied with the end product.

The entire process, from initiation to completion, was executed with exceptional professionalism, and all aspects were clearly communicated. The replacement of the full glass panel on the scheduled day was completed in under thirty minutes.

Took 3 visits to sort our velux window. First visit the glass was damaged. Second visit the glass was the wrong size. Got there on the 3rd visit. Not the best of experiences but the lads that came on all 3 visits were polite and apologetic.

Turned up on time, did a great job.

Quick, clean and efft

Contacted C2C, they provided a quote and we arranged a date. I was kept informed of approximate time of arrival. The guys turned up with all of our replacement glass and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They did an excellent job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work. I would happily recommend C2C to friends and family.
