This is a professional business, serious about ensuring you are a happy customer. The survey of our property was thorough and they listened to what we wanted. It's true to say there was a slight hitch during installation but the company responded extremely well and excellent after sales / installation service ensured a professional conclusion.

Very pleasant person fitted windows cleaned up after fitting

Excellent service right through from communication after initial contact through quotation and ordering to installation. Only failure was one item incorrectly measured but this was quickly corrected. All staff were very polite and personable.

I reached out for an initial appointment when my window glass clouded and left a message for a call back which never came. I called again and an appointment was made for someone to measure but they never turned up. I made another call, a new appointment was made and the glass was measured and an appointment was made then for fitting. The day before that fitting the appointment was cancelled. I eventually got my cloudy glass replaced (by a lovely chap) about 8 weeks from my initial contact. I was tempted to go elsewhere but as the glass is leaded I was worried another company might not be able to match up the lead lines as I knew C2C could, but had the glass been clear I would have definitely gone somewhere else. Cloudy2clear were not as usually efficient this time I’m afraid.

Service I received over the phone was informative they ran through how the service works and booked a date convenient to me for taking measurements of the windows.

Only one window could be replaced because the other one had shutters.
