Good company with excellent customer service but they have issues with delivering items on time (could possibly be due to COVID 19).

Ordered face masks, did not arrive, contacted Arthergold and i received full refund. 4 weeks later, the item also arrived in the post.

They need to improve in delivering items on time.

Bought an item through wowcher that unfortunatly didnt work 1 email and i had a full refund and was told no need to return the item.

Awful do NOT buy anything even. I ordered something from Wowcher start of May delivery was supposed to be by the 20th May. I have emailed 3 times no reply I’m furious (this is not a review for Wowcher)

Such a good company to go through. Would highly recommend

Not much to say about the products, you get what you pay for and my rose arch was pure junk (£14.99 - what can you expect?). Though I had expected the goods from the UK not from wherever....probably cost more in postage than the goods!

Complements to Customer Support for the following prompt response (natural style of talk is good):

"hey

We are sorry for the confusion the wowcher status update has caused you.
What has happened is that your item has arrived in your country from our international warehouse and will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 days.
If your item has not got to you within the next four working days then please get back in contact with us.

Awful, awful, awful company! Please stay well away! Just like others I’ve ordered from them and chased my order and apparently it was delivered but of course insider receive it so clearly they’ve taken the money but not sent the goods! Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves hosting such an awful company! I’m still chasing for my refund and everytime I do they have the same response and therefore I won’t be buying from any merchant on wowcher again as they have washed their hands of any responsibility when they should be ensuring merchants selling on there have the goods to sell.

Contacted customer services re a delayed order, they were very helpful, answered my query promptly and solved my problem.

Good product and reasonable price. Only bad comment would be that the parcel was showing delivered when it was not. Tracking unavailable. Contacted seller. Product arrived two days later.

Good product at a very reasonable price. One criticism, the marked my order as "Delivered" when in fact it had not. I had to contact them to discover that "Delivered" meant "To the courier/sorting office". That's not good. And there was no way of being able to track it myself. That part of the service needs to be addressed. Apart from that it's ok

I ordered 50 Arthur Gold face masks through Wowcher. I was able to track the order through China till it arrived in UK. I then received an email from Wowcher to say they were delivered but I had not received them. I tried to contact Wowcher customer service but all I received was a standard email that didn’t answer question. There was no way to talk to anyone. I contacted Arthur Gold and immediately received a reply that the parcel should be with me in a couple of days and if not contact them again. The parcel came a few days later.
I am very pleased with the face masks and the quick response of Arthur Gold but Wowcher customer service is appalling.

Received my order when expected despite Covid. Item is as described and was a good price. Good communication from company, would recommend.

Ordered from them and pleased with the product. Delivery took a while and the tracking information misleading, but they were prompt in answering my query when I asked about my delivery and could tell me exactly the information I wanted. The goods also turned up the next day.

Received my order and was exactly what I ordered. It was very late arriving which the Customer Services team explained was due to COVID-19. I received a fast response to my email and revised expected delivery time was spot on! Also worth mentioning it was all well packaged. Thank you!

There was some confusion over delivery of product.
Email advising product delivered actually meant it had arrived in UK.

However ArtherGold responded to my email very promptly explaining situation and my product arrived the following day.

Have ordered a few times from this company through Wowcher. Items have been exactly what I ordered. The only complaint I have is the delivery on the Wowcher side saying it had been delivered when in fact it had not. After emailing the company got a very polite and very quick response.

I just Wanted to write a review for this company as when you receive great service it is important to let other potential customers know about it.

I ordered Face masks from this company and it was showing that they had been delivered. Not the case. i contacted The company With my concern and to my surprise they responded immediately to allay my concerns and ask me to give it a little more time and if no success get back to them.
The item arrived and I thanked them for there service. Thoroughly recommended retailer to deal with. Great customer service. 5 stars
