SCAM Alert
I bought a "smart sound machine" from this website, and paid $300.
Paid extra for fast delivery, but it took 2 months to be delivered.
After it was delivered, I realized how flimsy and fake it looks, so I looked for the original device and realized the original is being sold at the price of $70 on Amazon.

I am surprised by the various negative reviews as they differ from my recent experience. I purchased 2 sets of cutlery from them last year, it arrived as it should and has been great. Unfortunately the colour has faded (assume from using the dishwasher). I contacted the company and despite my order being 12mths ago they offered to send a further set to me. They were quick in their responses by email and provided a positive resolution. Fingers crossed the replacements turn up but so far so good.

Updated review - I emailed them to ask why they cancelled the ordered. They replied that they were out of stock - the straws are still on their site advertising buy one get one free. Very dishonest.

They offered free steel straws. I ordered and was sent an email with an order number. After a month, the system showed they hadn't been shipped. When I inquired, their chat bot said the order had been cancelled. They gave me no explanation why.

Recently ordered some lights
2 came broken when I opened them and had my electrician come to put them up. I wasted paying an electrician because he could not put them up. he also commented they this company should not be making lights.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE LAMP I ORDERED. TRIED TO CALL AND TEXT THE VENDOR MULTPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE AT ALL,

I had a bad experience. Ordered a picture. Did not hear anything for three months. When I contacted them and inquired about it, I was told the picture was no longer available and could pick out a different item for same or less value. I did pick another picture at a lesser value and received it, fully expecting a refund of the difference. They would not refund me the $100 difference and said they could only give me a $20 credit. I then kept seeing that the original picture I first ordered was still being sold. When I asked about it, since they said it was no longer available, I received no answer. I asked several times and was never given an answer. I will never do business with this company again and advise others to be very cautious. Extremely disappointed.

AJ has constantly been upfront and honest about the delays that occurred when I had initially ordered the (Diamond Dinnerware set & mugs) through no fault of his. I was very thankful to be updated and I will say that Articture followed through and delivered some awesome dishware that I really love! It took some time and patience to get them, yet the wait was well worth it! I love my new dishes! THANK YOU

Very shady very bad experience..when I was purchasing products there was no warnings that they needed to fulfill the orders first which they said it will take 3-4 weeks. Here I am at 5 weeks, with no shipping confirmation no product. Unbelievable. They sound like a drop shipping company and their shipment wait times are longer than usual. They definitely have vendor problems. Don't believe their product descriptions or timeline. Save your time and money, go else where

Great company, Great products and most importantly Great customer service! I have ordered several items from this Articture and I have never felt unsatisfied by what I have received. I had an issue with a power adapter for one of my lamps, and the response from the customer service team was quick and they resolved my issue to complete satisfaction. These days dealing with online purchases and questionable establishments can always be nerve-racking, so it's nice to be able to deal with a company that sells a variety of products and stands behind them ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We all tend to review so quickly when we have a negative interaction, I think that's its equally important to leave feedback when we have positive ones. 5 Stars!

They sell items from Amazon for a steep markup.

We've ordered a few times from Articture, because they do have a funky line of products...we especially love their lamps. On my last order, we had a bit of an issue in terms of delivery delay, compounded by a residence move. I worked with AJ at their office, and he took very good care of me and found a solution, ensuring that my latest lamp was expedited to me. I'll definitely be buying from these folks again!~

I had a glitch with what I ordered - entirely my fault as my tech did not match the item I ordered and was therefore not compatible. Nevertheless customer service was quick to respond and as an act of good will gave me a part refund. Above and beyond what I would expect. The item is lovely as well and delivery was quick and well packaged. Gayle

Update: has an almost
2month delay in shipping out items we ordered. Communication and feedback loop to customer was poor. Our items finally arrived almost 3 months to the day though we had already given up and gotten another solution so it’s still not best service . Product was ok but all panels were overly curved and hard to work with

We purchased 2 element lights; worth over £500… they stopped working after few uses. Support Team is not able to offer us to fix them, nor replace them. It’s a huge disappointment, I would be careful with buying from this company!

My husband and I bought a lamp which has built-in chargers for our iPhones and I have to say it is likely the most beautiful charger we have ever owned! It is a unique, well-made piece that is in our dinning room and it is both eye catching but also classy. Multiple people have seen it and remarked with surprise that it’s also a charger (which I like because it’s functional but not obtrusive in terms of being a piece of technology as well). Really happy with our purchase !

the products are beautiful, the customer service is great, the company is absolutely correct in financial issues…the only 'complaint' is that shipment is slow but, that might not be their fault…thanks for being a reliable merchant...

I was pleased to receive the light fixture and found it to be of exceptional quality. Although I hesitated purchasing the lamps because of the high cost in shipping it to Canada, I have since received compliments from everyone that sees it.

Got 2 of these amazing speaker tables that also Charges smart phone. Stellar product all around- the sound is nice and crisp with deep base and clear treble. Everyone who walks into my house comments on it and are blown away when I turn it on. It also has the added advantage of being wireless so you Can move it around inside the house or take it anywhere you want for that matter. Love it and I highly recommend this speaker table.

The level of service is outstanding. They understand the customer and respond in ways to resolve issues and not distract. Website to chat, they make everything spectacular like their items. It’s the only place for me to find cool things at the right price.
