purchased an Artillery X3 Plus from Banggood.
After a couple of days the X axis started to fail and it was no longer possible to print.
Artillery support offered me a new engine. It never arrived. In the meantime I bought a new one but the problem is not the engine and assistance no longer responds. Very bad experience
Baggood.com Artillery Sidewinder X2 failure after 8 hours
Looks like I may have made two mistakes: 1. I bought from banggood.com and 2. I bought an Artillery Sidewinder X2 3D printer. The printer arrived in the UK from Germany, but was advertised on banggood.com as being sent from the UK. The printer was assembled with care and worked fine for 8 hours, then all of a sudden the Z-Axis gantry stopped working, emitting a grinding sound and wouldn't respond to the touchscreen correctly. I contacted banggood.com who told me to contact Artillery, which I did. Artillery responded with what looked like a copied and pasted response to the exact problem I have, telling me to swap stepper motors. Firstly, I want to emphasize, this is a BRAND NEW machine, with only 8 hours of use. Secondly, by attempting any repairs myself, I would invalidate the warranty sticker on the underside of the machine. I know 3D printers require a lot of tinkering, but to fail after just 8 hours is unacceptable. The machine should be replaced, but having now read these other reviews, I can see that is unlikely to happen without consumer rights legal intervention, which I am looking into now, pre-empting the likely struggle ahead.
STAY AWAY FROM ARTILLERY 3D
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!! I recently ordered a Sidewinder X2 from them, but changed my mind the next day and decided to cancel my order. Per their company policy, I was within my rights to cancel the order and receive a refund, but when I emailed them, a sales rep lied to me and told me it was against company policy (I have the email conversation and company policy both documented and saved) and refused to cancel the order. So when I received the printer, it was immediately defective out of the box and would not work. I immediately submitted a repair ticket on Artillery’s website and started emailing and messaging them. I received a vague response from them a couple days later asking me for a proof of purchase and serial number, which I sent back to them again. It has been two weeks now and I have not received any response or attempt from them to resolve the issue or fix the printer. Companies like this should not be allowed to exist when all they do is prey on customers, make empty promises and guarantees, take your money and send you junk products. I strongly regret ever buying anything from Artillery 3D, and I would suggest everyone else avoid them at all cost. Their products are of subpar quality and their customer service is nonexistent, so don’t risk losing your money like I did. Please learn from my mistake.

I have 3 machines of the same model, run very well.
but all 3 machines have had a defective glass plate, I have written to support and they won't take my receipt from the store where I bought it
I now have 3 machines with defective bed glass breaking off
I would not recommend anyone to buy this model, they give too many worries and bad customer service
Don´t buy something from Artillery3D
Don´t buy anything from Artillery! I have seen many test who say their produckts will be very good, and perhapps they are.
But I don´t know it, I have buy a printer (Sidewinder X2), but it don´t work. So I write an E-Mail to their support.
The first failure we find out fast, the x-Endswitch was broken, So the service tell me they can send me one, but it will need to be by me up to a month!
So I buy it myself.
But it was not the only failure at the maschine now it don´t heat up.
So they tell me, they can send me some parts where the failure could be, but not all parts where the failure could be! And it need again up to a month where the parts will be by me. I tell them that is not OK, they should send me all parts at once so that it will work after this time and not send part by part and I have to wait everytime a month to get the next part.
At this time they told me, I can send it to their Service Point in Germany to repair it. I say OK, but now trouble again, they are not able toi send a shipping label! Now I wait over a week to get it, and all what happend is an answer where they write, the shipping lable will be come soon.
This all need now several weeks and there is no end in sight.
For me it looks like, they do it so long, that I pay all what need to repair this mashine by myself and repair it also by myself.
And this by a new mashine who never had work, I could not make any prints with it.
And if you ask to get a new working mashine, they only answer, sorry we could not send a new one.
