Antwoord van Artisan Coffee Co.
Dear Sharan,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with our Ultimate Coffee Bag Collection. I'm sorry to hear that the flavours did not meet your expectations.
We want to clarify that the flavour notes described on our coffee bags are natural tasting notes inherent to the coffee beans themselves. We do not add any artificial flavourings or sweeteners to our products.
These subtle notes emerge from factors like the bean's origin, processing method, and roast profile. For instance, certain compounds found in coffee beans can evoke flavours similar to those in fruits or chocolate, even though no such ingredients are added.
It's worth noting that these tasting notes are often delicate and can be influenced by brewing methods and personal palate sensitivity, please see our brew guide online to get the very best from your coffee bags.
We appreciate your feedback and understand your disappointment. If you have any further questions or would like recommendations on brewing techniques to enhance flavour perception, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
Artisan Coffee Co.
