High praise indeed Susan, such a difficult task converting a dedicated tea drinker - so happy we could impress.
Thanks for the feedback and we wish you many more delicious brews.
Just had the number 1
Just had the number 1. The Big Shot. Followed the instructions fully and ended up with a weak, uninspiring Amercano.
In my opinion the description doesn't match the end result.

Hi John,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with The Big Shot coffee bag didn’t meet your expectations. At Artisan Coffee Co., we pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our blends, and we rarely receive feedback of this nature, so we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
Our coffee bags are designed to provide great flavour and convenience, but for a fuller, barista‑style result, many of our customers enjoy our whole bean or ground coffee options, which allow for more control over strength and brewing method.
Thanks again for your honest feedback—we value every opportunity to improve and ensure our customers get the most from our coffee.
Warm regards,
Artisan Coffee Co.

Ordering and delivery updates were fab however, the box from the delivery company they used, looked like it had been used as a football. The box was completely smashed and the boxes inside were slightly damaged. This was a Fathers day gift, so wasn't very happy!

Its rubbish over priced and weak strength! If you like strong coffee like costa then stay away from this coffee its crap and doesn't come close to the flavour described on the packet! 4-5 min brew time isnt long enough to get the flavour out! Its just poor quality coffee! I had a 8/10 strength coffee and thought bollocks this is like a 4/10 so al the 6 and 7 just tastes like dirty water

Hi Matthew,
Your bad language aside, we would like to inform you that you ordered our coffee bags - these are not meant to be compared to a double shot of robust espresso from an espresso machine, they are two completely different styles and set-ups.
Coffee bags are a great alternative to instant or french press ground coffee - we also have a coffee bag brew guide on our website to help you get the best from your bags.
If you wish to achieve an espresso style brew we would recommend a whole bean coffee and an espresso or bean to cup machine.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else please do not hesitate to get in contact - we are always happy to advise before purchase to avoid issues such as yours.
Best wishes.

Best coffee so far
I have tried numerous different coffees. This one is probably one of the best i have ever had. My favourite so far is The Heroine, whole bean. The price is reasonable and delivery is swift. Highly recommend.

Best coffee to date. Love the range. Think you should do a gooey caramel coffee with dark rich flavours like the big shot.

This is the third time I have ordered
This is the third time I have ordered coffee bags from Artisan Coffee, so they are doing things right.
I like the mix of flavors, cause I don't like to stick with one. Also they have a decaf option( for my wife, Pauline) and a halfcaf which I haven't tried.
And the choc rounds in the boxes are gorgeous.
