Strafverfahren eingeleitet - Diebstahl meiner Musik
Seit über 20 Jahren bin ich im Musikgeschäft und in dieser Zeit habe ich noch nie so etwas erlebt wie bei dieser Firma.
Von heute auf morgen sang und klanglos verschwinden aber das Unternehmen bei Google noch als geöffnet zu deklarieren das ist schon eine wirklich freche Nummer.
Seitdem sie diesen Dienst Artistrepublik eingestellt haben verwenden oder vertreiben sie hier weiter meine Musik ohne meine Erlaubnis eingeholt zu haben. Außerdem haben sie noch nie irgendetwas bezahlt als Lizenz Abrechnungen während ihr Service noch aktiv war. Trotz vorheriger Warnung und Abmahnung wurde meine Musik nicht herunter genommen und deshalb werde ich zusammen mit meinem Rechtsanwalt jetzt Strafanzeige stellen. Alle Künstler Musiker Produzenten und Labels tun mir sehr leid.

ARTIST REPUBLIK IS RUBBISH
Rubbish! I trusted them in the beginning, first months I received money and after that - no more payments. I still have music distributed with them and I begged them hundreds of times to take it down and they still haven't!!! They are still stealing my money shamelessly! The same excuse about their new team made be hope the first time I read it but it's been an year and I see no difference! The greatest scam in music distribution. Be very careful and rather trust a proved company for your music career.

Rubbish. What you hear. As a curator, they stole money from my reviews and following placements (I'm not going to say exactly because it's embarrassing, but they were hundreds). Now, the website is down and they don't even answer my emails (it's been 20 days now). So I guess I lost my money definitely. They even made me pay 15$ a month to keep 85% of the earnings instead of 50%. As this was renewing on the 15th, I had to cancel my Bank Card so I couldn't cancel the renewal on the website (the only way). The bank just charged me because of a renewed debit card.
I always suspected their dirty game, but I just kept doing my job as a curator like any other submissions platform.
Now I got here, because I'm really pissed, and I find all these negative comments...
Anyway, I don't think they're coming back, so I guess I'm wasting my time with reviews. If they do, they'll be under a different name, as every scammer does to clean their criminal record a bit. It's possible they already have some other illegitimate websites.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. They closed down. They don't track streams (I can check in Spotify and the numbers haven't matched in a year). Their playlist service is a scam where they approve your song and don't add it - when you check, many of the lists have purchased followers but no listeners. Terrible customer service. I payed for a lifetime upload - they took my music down without notification? Bonkers. The worst customer service and crappiest back end. Avoid.

You may not be up to date on our news, Artist Republik did not close down! It was infact acquired by our team at Fan Pass Live at the beginning of 2022. We cannot speak to what the previous Artist Republik team did (or did not) do for you, but we can ensure we are a new team whose number one priority is helping artists like yourself.
First, we wanted to address your statement regarding playlist, as some of the points you made are misleading and we'd like to make abundantly clear how the Artist Republik playlisting service works:
1) Artists have the opportunity to submit their songs to the database of playlists available on the Artist Republik platform. All playlists are thoroughly reviewed by our team and you also have the ability to check out the playlist ahead of time so you fully understand what playlist you are submitting to (the vibe/genre of tracks on the playlist, how many songs are already on the playlist, etc.)
2) The playlist curator(s) listen to your song, provides feedback on the track, and either approves or denies the submission for placement on their playlist. *NOTE* Only playlists clearly displayed as Artist Republik's playlists are reviewed/approved by our team. All other submissions are reviewed by our database of playlist curators, where we oversee service fulfillment (including reviewal, feedback, placement, refunds if necessary, etc.).
Additionally, it is stated across all messaging within our playlisting tool, as well as our FAQs, emails, Terms of Service & playlisting Terms & Conditions that paying for a campaign does not guarantee that a song will be added to any playlist on any streaming service, there are no guaranteed streams/plays, or playlists with guaranteed placement anywhere on the Artist Republik site, as pay-for-placement and artificial followers are both against Spotify’s terms and illegal in many areas of the world.
As for your distributed track, our team had a chance to check on this (as it was an order from 2020, before our acquisition) and see that your track was distributed through the unlimited/yearly subscription (not a lifetime release) which states in our Distribution Hub, Terms of Use, and FAQs:
"You will need to renew your yearly subscription every year in order to continue collecting royalties through Artist Republik. If your subscription isn’t renewed after a year, then your music is taken down from the stores."

By using artist republic it means in practice that you pay money to be added to Spotify playlists and it is actually illegal. You risk being removed from Spotify for the same reason.

Paying for a campaign does not guarantee that a song will be added to any playlist on any streaming service, there are no guaranteed streams/plays, or playlists with guaranteed placement anywhere on the Artist Republik site, as pay-for-placement is both against Spotify’s terms and illegal in many areas of the world.
Nonetheless, you are fully entitled to your own opinions on the platform’s services, however, we can ensure that our services are authentic and we are committed to continually improving them, which is why user feedback is helpful and always appreciated!
Easy release without network issues
Though with a poor internet connection in Nigeria, I was still able to upload my song without hitch within an hour.

Fake services and fake reviews. Do not use unless you want to be scammed. They pretend to listen and yet no streams. They add you to fake playlists

Hi Bruuj, we understand this may simply be a trolling response for the sake of getting people riled up, but for other users who might actually believe you, we'd like to make abundantly clear how the Artist Republik playlisting service works:

Similar to many other playlist submission & pitching services, nowhere along the process do we ever guarantee that your song will be accepted, or that it will achieve a certain number of streams. Above all, the goal of our playlisting tool is to allow artists like yourself to receive genuine feedback from established playlist curators with the added perk of getting accepted if they like the song.
Providing refunds based on placements/streaming numbers creates a slippery & subjective slope that puts pressure on curators to (1) be inauthentic in their approvals & placements if they only earn on accepted/placed submissions and (2) pump artificial streams to increase plays, which often results in song/playlist removals & potential bans from Spotify.
All of these details & information regarding how our playlisting service works, refunding, and our reviewal process is also available in our FAQs and Terms of Service.

it's shame that you can't upload any charts from spotify artist and spotontrack at this page that would make it easier to explain this. I bought 82 playlists for 90 bucks with 100% inclusion in them. After 7 days, I was admitted in 28. ( paid for 100% inclusion ) so far i have been able to achieve an insane 0 plays from these playlists in 9 days. everything absolutely traceable via spotify artist and spotontrack. I do not want to say any more
