Final Notice Before Account Termination – Unresolved Support Cases
Hello Songtrust Team,
This is my final attempt to resolve multiple unanswered support requests before taking further action.
Over the past several months, I have submitted numerous inquiries regarding account, documentation, and publishing matters for my two SongTrust accounts. Despite receiving automated confirmations (most of the time) and assigned case representatives (Stephanie E. and Laura), I have not received a single substantive response, update, or resolution. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable.
Outstanding cases:
EFRE.contact at gmail
• Jan 6 – Ref #39272902557 → No response
• Feb 10 – Follow-up → No response
• March 7 – Ref #43143805443 → No response
• March 9 – Ref #43157425738 → No response
AstronautAgency.label at gmail
• Feb 8 & Feb 11 → Time-sensitive inquiries
→ No confirmation, no case number, no response
This is not a minor delay. This is a complete lack of support across multiple requests over an extended period of time.
It’s also concerning that I received a response to a public Trustpilot review, while multiple direct support inquiries have been consistently ignored. That contrast does not reflect well on your support process.
At this point, I am requesting the following within 48 hours:
•Direct responses to all open inquiries
•Confirmation that my cases are being actively handled
•A clear explanation for the lack of communication
If I do not receive a response within that timeframe, I will proceed with:
•Terminating both accounts
•Transitioning to a different publishing administrator
•Sharing my experience publicly within industry circles to reflect the lack of support I’ve encountered
I would prefer to resolve this and continue working with Songtrust, but as it stands, that is not possible without immediate action on your end.
I expect a prompt response.

This is a scam
Approximately six weeks ago, I applied for a membership with Songtrust. Although they processed my application fee, they failed to activate my account because their system could not verify my ID. My subsequent emails and support requests have been completely ignored. Consequently, I have referred this matter to my attorney to recover my funds.
