Art of Fishing (AOF) Reviews 

Went in there just now and he helped a lot. He put the hooks in the lures for me and gave me lots of tips, great customer service and amazing prices. Overall it's a great shop.

I had a terrible experience with them. When I bought the product, I was told it would arrive within a month, but after 3 months they still kept telling me to “wait a little longer.” In the end, I decided to ask for a refund, but I never received any response. I decided to contact my bank, and they refunded my money.

Superb efficient service. Rod ordered on Christmas Day, delivered in 5 days 2 days of which were bank holidays!!

Ben has always been extremely kind and helpful
I accidentally broke one of my Tailwalk Eginn rod tips back in 2022. Ben didn’t have a replacement in stock but he gave me the top off his own rod at no charge
Where else are you going to get that kind of customer care?

After my last review regarding the service from the Art of Fishing. I'm now happy to say my rod arrived this morning. Not only that, as the rod I wanted was out of stock until the end of February Ben sent me the 2024 up-grade from the new Tailwalk Crimson range without any extra charge. What a fantastic company with a fantastic man leading the way for other retailers in the market to follow. So, A big thank you Ben and all your staff. Best wishes for 2024, Derek

Please don’t waste your time visiting Art of fishing their shop isn’t open anymore.
I have been here four times the last couple of weeks and it is always shut even though google says it’s open.
Such a shame I had high hopes after reading the reviews, but sadly waisted my time.
Since found out you can supposedly view rods by appointment but have to pay £10 upfront, No thank you. The Website is rubbish, nothing in stock and hardly any choice. Such a shame as the previous reviews were good but from my experience. Art of fishing is a total waste of time. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother unless you want to be disappointed.

there was a considerable lead time on the Rod i wanted.
Not a problem with that!
There could of been a better line of comms though, ie :- let me know when the product had arrived at AOF shop, let me know when it was shipped to me and ETA
Other than that, service was tip top

Great selection of quality products with fast delivery.
Need to get the website updated ASAP in order to increase sales. Facebook page is good but no substitute for a good website.

Recently bought two rods from the Apia Foojin RS range, not knowing too much about these rods Ben gave me all the information I needed before deciding on my purchases. Both rods arrived as expected in perfect condition.

Pre orderd a rod from here kept me up to date on its movement,great little business and shop full of everything you you would need for lure fishing. Owner is very knowledgeable and is very helpful if your seeking help with anything.
