Happy with the purchase, the colours are really good. The canvas was well packed and arrived as promised. Minor issue is we would have preferred a rectangle shape rather than square.
Good selection of prints. The one I ordered turned out to be too small and the colour didn't suit but I was able to exchange this easily. The one I ordered in its place is perfect in size and colour... Toon meer

Lovely choice of pictures in multiple sizes. Easy ordering and quick delivery. Only complaint is that I was given a time slot for delivery. Waited in for the 4 hours stated as was told I had to sign for the package. When it didn’t arrive I was told it could be within another 8 hour time slot! Fortunately it arrived 20 minutes later. Not happy 😡

I still haven't received the print…
I still haven't received the print that was supposed to have turned up last Thursday, now Monday! This was a gift for my partner on Saturday, so that was a let down. Possibly not Artprintshop, more courier. But, have had no updates or much in the way of response from you. Kept being told incorrect address, but it was the correct one given. Not impressed!

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that your order didn't arrive in time for your partner's gift.
After investigating the delay, we found that the delivery address you submitted with your order was missing the property number. Unfortunately, without a complete address the courier was unable to locate the delivery destination, which is why the parcel was held and subsequently delayed.
As soon as you contacted us to let us know the order hadn't arrived, we investigated immediately, identified there was a missing property number and once you confirmed the complete address passed it straight away to the courier to get the parcel moving again.
In regards to communication, we did endeavour to respond quickly to all emails received during our normal business hours. Your final email was sent late Friday afternoon, when our office had already closed for the weekend unfortunately, so we were unable to respond until we reopened on Monday morning.
We always do everything we can to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible once we're made aware of them. I can see this order has now been safely delivered, but I completely understand how disappointing it was that the artwork didn't arrive in time for your gift. .
