terrific intro set up by the company representative. One full hour of transferring my domain,
Stripe and PayPal to my new website that was already designed by him. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. I didn't have to do anything except provide info and access. Very personable and clear on what he was doing. The follow up email has so much information and links that I haven't tackled it yet. The help site is forever and since I'm not well physically, I will probably use it, they are able to handle every function for me if I want. I feel very hopeful and even my husband is impressed. Kudos.

Bogdan, and the other folks offer great insights into what we, as artists are doing! it is helpful to the artists as well as the staff to provide give and take; conversations are what gets solutions; this is not something that occurs right away , necessarily, but over time. The process is worth it.

Expertise help appreciated
I really appreciated the help, understanding and patience shown by the technical advisor as I encountered some technical difficulties with my laptop. It was a great moment when my website was finally launched.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I had to request the advisor to repeat himself because sometimes I had difficulty understanding his accent. Otherwise, he was extremely good and I was very grateful for his expertise as I could not have launched my website without him.

Art Storefronts are a highly professional company. I'm very impressed with their quality of service, and especially follow up from individual specialists. I unreservedly recommend them to any artist wanting to promote their work online . ⁸
A total waste of time
A total waste of time. It took a week with sensational offers from three different people (totally unorgized), on email, before I could drag out of them what they actually wanted (my money, a lot of them). They also sent me links on Instagram to fires where they give incredible bad advise on communication. And use «millions» of words on how to price your art, with nothing new. Another Rishøi waste of my time. I could have said the same thing in a few sentences. They totally lack communication skills. And I would not trust anyone who don’t tell straight from the beginning what their actually concept is. I think most artist will experience Zero extra sales because of their help.
Art Storefronts - great if you want that gallery look. Not if you want sales.
I saw Art Storefronts advertised repeatedly on Facebook last summer / fall and in October 2025 spoke with a Patrick, who was very personable and reassuring.
I would say for artists wanting a top website look, ASF is a good way of getting a such a professional website. But essentially ASF is a ‘vanity’ on-line gallery. So interested in a great look and feel -ASF is for you. For actual sales, sadly not.
I paid around $3,000 for a website package, including a “glow up” and their co-pilot social media marketing programme. While the site itself looks good, I already had an established website, so in hindsight this was largely unnecessary.
Since joining ASF, I’ve had zero sales, zero enquiries, and no meaningful engagement, despite following their guidance.
For comparison, in January 2026 I opened an Etsy shop and within just a few weeks sold 8 prints and a canvas, with multiple enquiries — without any paid coaching.
I’ve been a professional artist since 2012 and have sold originals, prints and cards consistently over the years. My marketing works.
My decision to join ASF was strongly influenced by the volume of 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. Based on my experience, I now question how representative those reviews really are.
The sales promises and marketing support simply haven’t materialised for me, and the return on investment has been extremely disappointing.
