Poor support was the main reason I closed my gallery.
Two years and very poor support resulted in me giving up on them. I needed support to send out an email, but they would not assist me. There are selling seminars to attend, and the support pages are hugely complex and overwhelming. I sold a few prints but when it came to getting non-automated support, nothing was available. Four attempts at getting help from a human was to no avail. So I closed it.

We have a 6 year experience with Art Store Fronts. Don't pay attention to reveiews from anyone who has been with them less than 2 years doing all the things they said would help you sales. This is on average is 8 hours a day 6 days a week.
After 2 years of doing all the things without one sale. We contacted Art Store Fronts to see if they would give us a partial refund. They said NO! Then they said they would give a free year. Okay fine we accepted it. When the contract came close to an end we called to cancel, but two days later they charged our card again after we had canceled. Now they are refusing to refund. Would you call this a scam? No sales in 6 years. I wish there was a option to give 0 Stars.

I paid them $500 dollars to apparently attend two zoom calls a week to get marketing advice and technical help with how to navigate soc. media, no links were sent, nothing, they are thieves liars and con artists! do not sign up with them. Lesson learnt

Recently I signed up with Art Storefronts, to expand my exposure as an artist. The technical team, who worked with me on completing the necessary paperwork, was thorough and pleasant to work with. When some nuances were unclear to me, I emailed them, and receive fast and right answer. That is impressive. They prepared a truly fantastic "help" material, called "the most important email," which covers all the info needed for smooth operating within the system. I specifically recommend this feature to anyone. I feel more in control because of that, and see a lot of new ways to present my art. I can gladly recommend The Art Storefronts for artists who want to expand visibility of their art to a new horizons.
In my opinion, they would receive an award for being an innovative, modern, and warm-hearted team.

Art storefronts makes it way easier for me to get my art for sale online. The website also serves as a really nice gallery for applications and bids. I don't sell much through my website, most of my art income comes from winning bids or submissions for calls for artists. But it's nice to know that my website's always there, ready to go and looking nice. The integration with Stripe and Bay Photo are immensely helpful, that's two less things I need to worry about! I hope to sell more through my website one of these days, in the meantime I will say that Art Storefronts' support - both technical and on the sales side - are incredibly good, fast and helpful. Finally, it's nice to be a part of the Small Wins community.

From setting up my website to now whenever I’ve had a problem or question I have reached out to various people and even with the 6 hour time difference I have always had a timely response with exceptional professionalism and friendly advice /solutions, I can only say that my overall experience is the best customer support I have ever had anywhere

I’m not sure, it all started with a subscription auto-renewal that I did not want to make or authorize. All the chat bots and emails blew me off until Berline finally called me personally and was very persuasive live on the phone. Since the money was non-refundable I acquiesced with her encouragement and can only hope for the best.
If It Don't Make Money, It Don't Make Sense!
We have been a member of ASF since 2019, and I can unequivocally say that it is the best website I've had since opening my online business in 1999!!! Sales for my business increased in 2022 and was actually increasing by 2023. It is December 2025 now and we have not been disappointed with the customer service of ASF. I am selling more originals, portraits and commissions than I ever have. I also print my art on merchandise. We then starting offering mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and greeting cards.
ASF has a detailed handbook that gives you written and video explanations of "how to" set up your website and do marketing tasks on a daily basis. Also, "live" Zoom videos are available where staff members visually assist you and other members to help us learn from other ASF members with issues we may be having trouble with.
I also offer five sizes and surfaces of my art including paper, canvas, acrylic, metal, and wood.
ASF offers several price plans to fit your budget and your profession: artists, photographers, art galleries, and printing companies. Options for printing prints are offered on canvas, wood acrylic, metal, and paper.
After you sell your items, customers automatically receive a thank you letter from you to confirm their orders!!! You and your customers will receive emails when your items are shipped with tracking numbers. And you don't have to do it!
The staff at ASF are available to help you through your concerns and our printing company Graphik Dimensions does an awesome job of printing and shipping products.
