Bad customer service

I’ve always really loved this brand. They’ve always been amazing but this order was different. I received my order and the shoes were incredibly damaged. Stunning boots

For about 3 weeks I kept on peeking at website pictures of these, thinking wow really cool looking boots. Finally I pulled the trigger. Got them yesterday afternoon, they are no longer just cool, they are gorgeous. These CONNY in prune color soft leather boots are unique and absolutely stunning.
Quite comfortable right away. I wanna wear them non stop.
Exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
So far the company is great to deal with.

Although I did not get a refund when the boots did not fit. They did issue me a credit and I got my new sandals and they fit great and are great quality. So I’m happy.

I had my eyes on the Oceanic Spencer…

I had my eyes on the Oceanic Spencer boots for months. When I finally had the money to buy them, I was genuinely so excited. The site showed only two left in my size when I ordered on February 6th, which made it feel like I finally got lucky.

I even bought leather care products in advance because I was that excited for them to arrive.

On February 10th, a shipping label was created, and I thought they’d be on their way any day. A week passed with no movement, so I reached out. I was told they would be shipped that day. My excitement built all over again.

Another week went by — still nothing. I followed up again and was told, once more, that they were being shipped right then and there. I believed it. I was excited again.

Then, just a few hours later, I got an email saying they were actually out of stock and on backorder.

After weeks of being told they were shipping.

At that point, it genuinely made me question whether the boots were actually in stock when I placed my order, or if my order was simply delayed long enough that the remaining inventory was allocated elsewhere. As a customer, that’s a really frustrating feeling to sit with after being told multiple times that your order is on its way.

I was disappointed, but I still wanted those specific boots, so I asked for a restock timeframe and was willing to wait. I followed up multiple times over the next few weeks and received no response. When I finally did hear back, I was told they would never be restocked at all — which completely contradicted what I had been told before (backordered?)

I was also told that sending multiple follow-up emails may have affected how my messages were received in their system, which contributed to the delayed responses. While I understand systems can have limitations, this was frustrating to hear as I was simply trying to get clarity on an order that I had already been waiting on for weeks.

Given the length of the delay and the confusion around my order, I feel that additional effort should have been made to ensure my concerns were addressed in a reasonable timeframe, rather than being further delayed.

After over a month of waiting and being told twice that my order was shipping, I had no choice but to pick a different pair.

The boots I received are nice, but they are not the ones I originally wanted. They don’t have that same feeling, and the entire experience took away what should have been an exciting purchase.

The most frustrating part wasn’t even the stock issue — it was the lack of transparency and the repeated misinformation. Being told something is shipping multiple times when it isn’t is incredibly disappointing.

Would I order from here again? Maybe. But I will never trust that what I order is actually mine until it’s in my hands.

You’re right to be frustrated. Being told multiple times that your order was shipping when it wasn’t, and then later finding out it was out of stock, is not the experience we aim to provide. The lack of clear and consistent communication on our end is something we take full responsibility for.

We are currently investing in improving our inventory syncing and customer support processes so that what we communicate is accurate and timely, especially in situations like this. That doesn’t change your experience, but it is something we are actively working to fix.

I also understand the disappointment of not receiving the pair you originally had your eye on. That matters, and we missed the mark there.

Horrible boots

Horrible boots. The soles peeled off 5 months into using them. And i didn't use them in a ragged way at all. Cheap sole construction, i would stay away. 300$ wasted.

Poor customer service

Purchased a pair of shoes only to learn they have discontinued this particular style. They emailed me to say they are backordered. I responded, only to wait for over a week to receive an email that they no longer have this style. No offer of an immediate refund; I had to request that, and I'm still waiting for their response. This is now over a week ago. I love this brand and have been a customer for over 15 years. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered and paid for my boots Feb 18
It is now March 9 … they had a UPS tracking number made Feb 20
They have not left the warehouse and I have sent three emails to find out what has happened to my order, no response

I have purchased four other times from them and the boots left the warehouse in two to three days as this was scheduled to by the UPS update but they still haven’t received my package and no one will respond to my inquiries
Very disappointing
Also there is no phone number to call only said customer service email that doesn’t get replied to

I’m annoyed to say the least.
My fav shoe brand and now I’ll be hesitant to order again.

Edit: Ive received an answer and update situation. I will say that I was maybe quick to judge and changed my mind on the service. The situation was resolved, they mixed two different situations. I appreciate their feedbacks and I thank you kindly for it.

25/04/2026:Holy moly. It is taking forever to resolve an issue. I was delivered a pair that was not in a pristine condition. I was offered 2 resolution options, one of which was a return for a refund. I choose the refund. Then, no response for a week. I write again. They right back a few days stating that "as previously discussed, a refund cant happened but they can offer a 10% off".im so sick of this, its been going on for months. im thinking of opening a case with my credit csrd company tomorrow. do better with your client please.

Customer service needs major improvements

The boots are beautiful

The boots are beautiful. The leather is top quality. they fit on the big size and I needed to size down. But now they are perfect. Only thing holding me back from a full 5 stars is the lack of communication from seller. In the end they made it right and we did the exchange, but it was a long tough battle trying to get them to communicate back. Not very good at answering email. They really need to fix that issue.
