They steal money

Walmart was asking $230 for a toyo open country mt2 tire. It just arrived today for $170. They sent me shipping tracking after about a week and it arrived a couple days later shipped from Walmart through FedEx. Will definitely purchase again. Just use paypal in case there are mistakes.

Got a great product (tires) at a great price. Did not expect much as the price was so low but I used paypal and felt confident that the money wouldn't be lost. updates were good, much better than orders from companies overseas, Did not expect fancy packaging and was pleased that the tires arrived in a reasonable timeframe. Not the 8 weeks some vendors take. My focus is on value not pleasing correspondence and I got good value on this order. Will be getting more when I need them.

Arrived vary quickly in good condition however had wrong name I was notified right away on mistake however address was correct was not a problem gotten package vary satisfied!thank you

Worst customer service ever! They promised delivery in 5-9days...it was 3wks!!! I emailed them every new week and usually got a delay excuse. I do not recommend this company.

This site is legit they have PayPal as a form of payment very secured site. The pricing was very reasonable for the type of tire needed for my truck. They also are very good at replying back to you in a timely manner. Shipping was fast, no complaints.

Fed Ex lost one of my items, but Simolary reshipped, and I got all my items at a great price. Thx!

Got a great price on tires,saved 20 -30 % off compared to next lowest company,Walmart and was shipped from walmart, go figure. Reasonable ship time 5-7 days.

Yesterday I received a set of Deestone All Season 7.00-15 Light Truck Tires. They are as advertised, a very good match for my 1943 Jeep. Aggressive tread that has that retro look to them. The ordering process took a while to receive the tires as they ran out of stock. Took about a month to get my order delivered. During this time, Simolary did a very good job communicating and keeping me updated. Be patient with them when you order. They are super competitive on pricing compared everyone else on line. Well worth the wait.

My experience with this company was really great. I recieved a fantastic deal on my items purchased although trying to figure or the shipping process was a bit different it was a speedy experience. Ordered on Feb 26 recieved March 5. Pretty quick if you ask me...

I ordered 3 tires on the 25th, and have had essentially radio silence ever since. Still havent received my tires. They keep giving me the run around "Oh the shipping company had a delay" yet they cant give me a tracking number which would show that it had a delay. If ANY shipping company had a "delay" that means they have the package in their possession and it would have a tracking number. Their ad for tires looked like it was ripped straight from an Ebay store selling the exact same thing and the ebay store showed out of stock. Simolary is a clearly a scammy dropship company and they will clearly say anything to you just as long as they get to keep your money. They clearly cannot find the tires anywhere and just want to keep leading me on. My advice is to pay the extra money for whatever your buying and get it from somewhere else. Im willing to bet I wont even get my money back when I cancel the order with them this afternoon.

I ordered 2 tires great price received my order quickly within 1 week. Excellent communications through website e-mail. Always answered questions quickly with up to date information on my order.

Order tires, tires arrived quickly. I thought they didn't ship, cause it said processing. Day later tires arrived before tracking number issued. Ordered on 2/24 got tires 3 days later. Very satisfied with tires deep aggressive tread for my F150 xlt

I read mixed reviews but they were not warranted. My experience with simolary was great. I realized people who thought the process was strange or communication was off. I'll give some tips. Heres the rub: they are clearly a drop shipper. It's a small business that leverages wholesale connections and doesn't stock any physical inventory. This is a common business model and is a Great way to get discounted stuff. They place an order with their wholesaler and the wholesaler ships direct to you. It's true phone number doesn't work but I had incredibly prompt correspondence via email. They got right back to me. Got me shipping/tracking info and stayed In Contact.

We are a small auto dealer and we ordered 4 215/60/17 size tires. They arrived a week after ordering, on time and In great shape. We didn't even pay shipping and it was a 100lb order with all 4 tires. So be patient! You get what you pay for - you're getting a low price but yes the logistics won't be Amazon's two day shipping. Get over it! These guys deserve the good reviews and we are happy with the service.

I ordered tires 7 days ago and have not heard anything back from them, I decided to call the numbers listed on the website and neither of them are working. I am so upset, I have been without my vehicle for 7 days and I think I may have been scammed. ugh

Scam. Ordered a tire and paid via PayPal. The seller twice claimed the tire was shipped, blamed the carrier for delays, and even provided a tracking number the first time — but it never showed a valid delivery or was updated in a meaningful way. Later they claimed a “replacement” was shipped again, still without real tracking, and then abruptly canceled the order.

I ordered tires for my vehicle. The price being offered was the best I could find anywhere online. After placing my order I received immediate confirmation as well as on-going communication throughout. My order arrived earlier than estimated and with no issues. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to using this company again.

Very strange experience with this company with a perfect ending. Ordered 2 tires on Sunday February 15th. Never got a tracking no. tried calling 2 company numbers attached to the site. 1st number was out of service, 2nd was speaking in Spanish only. Monday was a holiday so I expected to at least get tracking info by Tuesday but that didn't happen. The entire time after my purchase the website said "processing. " I was convinced I've been scammed told myself if my tires don't arrive by Saturday I would go to Sam's club get 2 tires and if the Simolary tires arrive later I'll just put those on the rear wheels. Low and behold I was surprised when my little girl said, "Daddy your tires are here." They arrived Friday 2/20/2026 just as advertised in perfect condition!!! Now I'm proud of the money I saved as these were about $65 cheaper.
