I wish I had found this site and the other people that had gotten screwed by these people. They took the payment and never shipped the product they advertised.
If you have gotten this far you have already been ripped off by these assholes.

Purchased a snowblower for $427.50 and never received product. This website is a complete fraud and SCAM. After they didn't ship the product they sent emails with phone numbers to call to get a refund. Their refund process requires customer to give them access to their computer IP so they can transmit a form. I can't imaging any refund process that would require access to my computer. It looks legit but is really just a SCAM front

How do we hold companies like this accountable? I placed an order for a playground set for my grandchildren totaling $997.00. Although the charge was successfully processed on my Visa card, I never received an order confirmation, receipt, or delivery estimate.
I have repeatedly contacted the company through their online chat system to inquire about my order. Each time, I am told that the order will be dispatched “tomorrow,” yet this response has been given daily without any follow‑through. When I requested clarification or challenged the lack of progress, the chat window abruptly disappeared from the website.
Fortunately, I took a screenshot of the order at the time of purchase, which I have since provided to my bank while disputing the charge. The bank’s investigation is ongoing, and I am hopeful for a resolution.
This experience highlights the need for stronger oversight and accountability to protect consumers from companies that appear to take payment without providing goods or meaningful support.

They have robbed me of my money

I placed an order March 8th, 2026, and was promised 8 to 10 days it would deliver. As of today, i did not receive my order and no one responding. Last respond over a week ago.

Ordered a product on March 3, 2026. Payment was made through PayPal March 6. Paypal confirmed payment taken by a Muhammed Shafig. After numerous attempts through email and voice mail(no answer) we were given a fake Fedex tracking number. We contacted FedEx after receiving a delivery notice that wasn't ours. After 30 days of stalling we still haven't received our order or talked to a live person. Luckily we paid through PayPal so we should get our money back. I hope these people get caught for ripping people off. I guess I should have done better research on the company.

I am a victim of this operation, and my investigation (Project Dunstall Mirror) has uncovered the criminal structure behind Ezone Global. This is not just a "bad shop"—it is an industrial-scale fraud syndicate.

​The Hub: This business is linked to a "Ghost Hub" at 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, UK, where over 900 fake companies are registered Web development, logistic firms, aproved payment providers, mobile storefront – SIM-based verification cell cover all at one adress. Ltds are sold as "all inclusive business" packages with payment gateways, online shops, dating sites... Mainly in Nigeria and Tech via Pakistan.
​The Tech and PayPal Payments: Operated by Net Fusion Tech Services Ltd (#16397389) via the domain netfusiontechservices.com and others.
​The Payments: They use a US-front called TEAMEXPOSIL (Ballpark Sports) next to others to charge unauthorized international fees and hide the money trail.
​The FedEx Hack: They use valid FedEx tracking numbers from "in-house" companies to trick banks into thinking a delivery was made.
All in-house: Fake-Shops hosting (mostly links to one DNS Cloudflare Acc), logistic firms, payment bridges, WebDev upon SEO on this UK address by lookup official databases next to company house UK.

When filing disputes with your bank, specifically classify this as "Logistics Fraud." Standard "Item Not Received" claims are often bypassed by their use of hijacked FedEx tracking data. I have provided the full data matrix of their 900+ shell companies to the UK Insolvency Service and HMRC.

If I could have gotten to this part of my review, I would have given them a half of a star, just for being polite the entire time they were. Scamming me.
March 13, 2026 I placed Order #101179, online with Ezoneglobal, for a new Suzuki 30 HP Outboard Motor DF30ATLW5. Cost: $2,850.00 US Dollars, paid vis my TD Bank Visa Card.
An email verifying the order was placed along with an invoice attached.
an additional email was sent to me advising that there standard delivery timeline is 10 business days.
March 17, 2026, I emailed their support directly to check up on the progress of my order. They advised, it was being processed.
Checking my bank statement, I noticed they charged my Visa card 85.00, for international transfer or processing fee. Of which I did not authorize.
March 18, 2026, I again contacted their support, advising, I now am seeing a potential scam.
They assured me they were legitimate.
March 20, 2026, I received an email from their support division, that my order is ready, currently going through packing, and will be shipped out by days end.
March 22, 2026, their support emailed to advise my order had been shipped and I would receive tracking I formation the following day (3-23-2026)
March 23, 2026, I received an email that the shipping carrier was FedEx with a tracking number.
I immediately contacted FedEx customer service to inquiry as to the validity of the tracking number supplied to me. FedEx advised the number supplied to me by support was directed to another customer, from a different company.
The Scam Continues to thicken.
The FedEx Tracking info advised the order was to be delivered March 25, 2026, between 9:30am and 1:30pm.
Just for giggles, I waited today, March 25, 2026 between the allotted times. Of course no FedEx truck was on site at my residence.
March 25, 2026, 1:45pm, I received a notice from FedEx that the order was delivered. A picture showing proof of delivery was of a door, which was leaing against the garage door of a residence.
March 25, 2026, I immediately contacted TD Bank to report a fraud/theft.
They advised to contact the company, requesting an immediate refund of all monies removed from my Visa Card, be returned within 24 hours.
After 24 hours has passed, I am to contact the bank at which time they will credit my account all monies.
This company posted a brand new web site, in which they boast of their integrity and honesty.
Trust me when I tell you, they are internet thieves. If you take the time to read all their customer reviews, they are all reflective of nothing but a scam.

1 is too high but it is the minimum. Placed order and was told 5 to 8 days to receive item. At 8 days I asked for tracking and was given someone elses tracking number. When I called them on this they cut off communication. I lodged a complaint with Paypal and just got my money refunded. Stay away as they are liars and cheats. Their website is now listed as a phishing website which explains all the spam phone calls I have been receiving. Do not pay them anything as they will not deliver.

No contact after the order. Reached out 3 times by email asking when to expect item. They are a scam! Money went to some place in Illinois to a teamexpose?

On February 24th, I ordered a snowblower from Ezone global. The snowblower was then delivered to another address which FedEx confirmed. The invoice that I received clearly had my correct address. FedEx stated I should contact the company. I’ve sent two emails and yet no one has responded. I spent over $425 for this merchandise and would like me money back or the merchandise. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

This company is a scammer they scammed 1,102.25 for a tractor get out be very careful I don't know how you can continue operating and no one does anything to stop you!

I ordered a universal home gym at what I thought was a great price compared to other sites. I went ahead and did the four pay after pay and after a full month when this was supposed to have been delivered in 5 to 8 business days it was not delivered and they were not responding to my email request for tracking information. Do not, I repeat, do not buy from this company they are a rip off. They do not respond other than letting you know that your money was received for the order and that's it. Fortunately, cash app which uses after pay was able to refund me but this is a definite scam company.

I placed an order on February 12th and never received my order. There is not a phone number to call and no one is responding to my emails regarding getting a refund.

This is definitely a scam site and how google and all the other engines don’t stop them is shameful, DO NOT BELIEVE THIS SITE AND STAY AWAY
