HAVENT RECIVED WHAT I ORDERED. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY APPEAR TO ME A SCAM.

when I bought a onewheel through an AD I didnt even notice what website I was buying from, after I already paid for it just then I saw Vapelords.com, why is a Vapestore selling a onewheel, I hoped I wasnt scammed, but I emailed thhem but havent receive an answer back and its been 3 weeks.

They sent me the old version of the vapes i ordered. I told them and they said "send a picture and we will either send you new ones or refund your money." I sent the photos and said "either way is fine" i never heard back from them. Finally I emailed them and they said they knew they were wrong. Their supplier sent them the wrong vapes so they passed them on to the customers as the new ones. Now they say i cant get a refund or replacement unless I ship the old ones they sent me. I already gave them away so i cant do that. If they told me to send them back i would have never given them away. The worst part is that they knew they were shipping the wrong thing but hoped i wouldn't notice. The old version is half the price

terrible! I went in last week, never been before and after explaining that the only type of liquid I did not like was 'ice' type flavours, I was sold 3 liquids which I feel were also overpriced and assured they were NOT 'ice' flavours, on getting home and trying the first flavour of which I bought two I was instantly hit with strong 'ice' so I tried the odd third flavour and this too is very strong 'ice', Can't help but feel like they saw me coming so I certainly won't be returning.

I have been using this store for some years now, they continually offer good service, they have never once sold me something I didn't need. Where there are 2 options, they do not push the most profitable, they fully explain which each one does so I understand which is the best for me. I love them.
