I received a catch up call from Keith Kenneth who helped me previously to find my office space.
It is always a pleasure to speak with him as he is very helpful and always tries to accomendate your needs. On this occasion I am more than happy with where I am located but reassured by him that if he finds somewhere that meets my requirement then he'll contact me.
More than happy with the service that he supplies.

Joseph Mewis was exceptional. Understood my needs and requirements straight away and found me a number of suitable locations at a price within budget. Arranged virtual tours to save me the need to physically visit and got everything wrapped up ahead of time.

We were keen to get an office at quite short notice and had interactions with a couple of other agents with little success. Sophie at Officio stepped up to the mark and found several contenders with immediate availability and within budget. It was very easy to deal with Officio and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Adam was an excellent advisor and a great listener, always very friendly and tried to understand the needs of our company the best way possible.

We worked with Adam to secure us a 15 person office. the Brief changed along the way and Adam quickly reviewed and understood our requirements and showed us a good range of quality spaces that came in on budget in line with what we wanted. And we had a laugh along the way.

I had a great experience with Officio, in particular with Ilaria, she understood our requirements and found exactly what we required. She was particularly useful in chasing up the other party when things were dragging on. I also received a call from Keith, part of the Client services team a month or so into our contract, just to make sure everything was as hope and offer further assitance if required. Defnitley will be asking for their services again when looking for our next office move.
