After 2 years of WFH, I needed a space at a good rate and flexible terms. I only wanted a short-term tenancy close to my home while I have home renovations done. As this was the case, I thought it might prove difficult finding a space at a competitive rate. I got in touch with Officio to help me find a space. Ethan from Officio was very helpful and set me up with viewings as per my requirements. After just a few weeks I'm in my own office and it is perfect. I highly recommend Officio. 5 stars from me!

The services provided by Joseph Mewis was spot on, he kept in touch through out the process was very attentive, and kept to the brief as to what we required.
Joseph is a credit to Officio, and we will be looking for new offices in the summer, and will go to him first call.

I approached Ms. Ilaria Vitolo from Officio for an office space in a specific location in London last evening and this morning she had arranged an office space for viewing. I had contract papers signed, deposit paid and office set up all in one day. Really appreciate the effort by Ilaria in making this possible at such a short period of time.

I've been looking for a desk space for a bit of time on and off for a bit of time, and I wasn't finding what I wanted within my budget. I had a short call with Tammy, I explained what I wanted and she found me a brilliant space ticking all my boxes literally 5mins walk away! She addressed few questions about the contract length and price and managed the negotiation with the space management, and she really had my interest. End to end service was very quick, she arranged a viewing at a suitable time, and I was ready to sign the contract! Wonderful lady, I recommend her strongly and would use her service again

Tammy was my advisor for looking for a new property to open my own salon. I can not fault her. A pleasure to speak to, to work with, and towards the end of our time together I looked forward to our wee emails!
