Prices are very high for the quality of the garments. Communicatons between different aspects of the business and customers is poor and confusing for the customer. It took several calls to rectify mistakes that were made as it is unclear from the dispatch notes what was happening with deliveries.

Very pleasant browsing time at the Wilton store, as always, and excellent customer service, also as always! Not rushed, and ended up with a beautiful merino wool jumper. Thank you Aspiga!

Very cool skirt made from thin cotton. I’ll wear it a lot as very good for a heatwave. Please do some more colours. It’s a great summer style that suits many people but I do think it’s expensive for a simple skirt.
However, my size quickly ran out so I rang to see when more would be in stock - told nothing on order. Next day there was my size! Not great communication.

The dress was a beautiful colour and very good quality. However the v neckline was too low for me. I hadn’t got that impression from the photo so was very disappointed. Sadly had to return it. The delivery was quick and return process easy.

I went into the St Mawes store. Great choice & variety of stock. The assistant was really friendly & helpful on both the occasions I went in.

Great customer service from Matilda and Olivia. Although I could have bought the Sallyanne dress while on holiday in the Cotswolds or online my determination to keep Aspiga in Edinburgh was paid off when I was assisted by both girls.

It's a beautiful beach cover up. I love the color, weight/ fabric. I am 5' 6" 126 lbs and purchased a small. The fit was perfect and I plan to purchase another color before our trip. ** Others have noted it is a bit sheer/ lightweight and it is, but for me that is perfect for beach, packing and travel.**

Lovely dresses sadly one just took big and the other too small. Body length on the size 16 v long. Lovely fabric gorgeous colours

Super dress - great service

My experience in St Mawes beautiful new shop was great until I found a fault in the dress after purchase. I traveled back to the shop and hesitatingly accepted a discount, but what I really wanted was a perfect dress. Arriving home , from holiday, I found two more faults and so reluctantly called customer services. What decisive and excellent service! That day I received a free post return address and the next day a perfect dress… what I wanted all along! Well done customer service team! A pity the shop couldn’t of been as helpful initially. Looking forward to wearing it!
