Excellent service as usual and good quality merchandise, nothing is too much bother.

Aspiga are a good company to deal with. Customer experience was straightforward and positive. Delivery of goods was prompt.
The only point I would make is that the ankle straps on the sandals I bought needed to be about one inch longer. The quality of the footwear was so good however I will keep them and have additional elastic extended on the buckles to fit comfortably around my ankles.

I like speaking to a human being when I order something, and I like Royal Mail delivering as they know my house, and I like the quality of the clothes and beach shoes that I buy from you.

My lovely items arrived, but unfortunately, there was a mix up.
I phoned Customer Services, the reply was immediate, no complicated menu, the person who answered was delightful and dealt with the problem instantly.
So often now, there is no phone number and only a chat bot!
I was impressed.

I like your clothes and glad I can send them back if the fit is wrong, but I resent that you charge for return postage when no other online company I deal with does that.

Prices are very high for the quality of the garments. Communicatons between different aspects of the business and customers is poor and confusing for the customer. It took several calls to rectify mistakes that were made as it is unclear from the dispatch notes what was happening with deliveries.

Very pleasant browsing time at the Wilton store, as always, and excellent customer service, also as always! Not rushed, and ended up with a beautiful merino wool jumper. Thank you Aspiga!

Very cool skirt made from thin cotton. I’ll wear it a lot as very good for a heatwave. Please do some more colours. It’s a great summer style that suits many people but I do think it’s expensive for a simple skirt.
However, my size quickly ran out so I rang to see when more would be in stock - told nothing on order. Next day there was my size! Not great communication.
