Beautiful dress and such a lovely colour
But looked like a rag on delivery, it was so creased it looked awful when I first tried it on but I steamed it and then it tried it again and it was fine. I think I expected the dress to arrive in perfect condition due to the cost

The postage was very prompt - always a good thing!

I usually buy a pair of the Kenyan sandals every year. Delighted with these, love the colours and the padded sole makes them very comfortable.

Because I liked the dress so much I altered the dress to fit me !
Most xs dresses fit me from different makes so that was the only disappointment

Apathetic is the tone I would say was used definitely not apologetic or “let’s get this sorted!”
I was advised that stock would be in within 2 weeks -let’s see

I’m not a new customer of aspiga in fact I could open my own shop with my husbands shirts & his fluctuating sizes
I don’t know if you’ve had a re-org or changed who you recruit for your customer service but this time I’ll not be singing your praises -utterly disappointed which feels like I’ve been let down by a friend -as I was brand loyal
Your staff in windlesham shop did everything to try to placate me but the stock just isn’t there
ADVICE -don’t advertise items you do not have to sell or provide especially as I paid by credit card for added protection which now I’ve had to pay interest on

Delivery was quick and clothes were wrapped very well.
Lovely holiday dresses which I look forward to wearing.
