I wanted a really lightweight, unlined cotton dress to wear (to a garden show) in the current heatwave. I found the perfect dress. Your staff member was friendly and helpful, despite the shop being very busy with other customers on a similar mission.

My clothes arrive quickly,packed with care and they are always as ordered for size etc and are of the highest quality.
I love wearing Aspiga clothes and I am often asked from where I bought them.

Most importantly, Aspiga makes beautiful clothes. The dresses I bought from them recently were beautiful, high quality and much complimented. So 10 / 10 for what really matters. However their logistics and customer service weren't so great for me. I paid £9.99 for express delivery having ordered early afternoon on a Friday but I never had any confirmation of the items being shipped or sent. When I rang on the Monday to ask where they were the lady was very unsympathetic and quite terse. I was in a panic about getting an outfit in time for an event and she didn't help. The problem is nowadays you expect that for £9.99 the shipping days include weekends, as they do at many similar companies I buy from, including several far smaller than Aspiga. I rang again on the Tuesday to find it was going to arrive that day, but had had no emails confirming that. (The lady I spoke to then was lovely). My items arrived on the Tuesday which was nearly too late for the event. £9.99 is a lot for 4 day delivery even including the weekend.
When I tried to return 1 dress, the returns portal didn't work. It kept telling me both that the order hadn't yet arrived and that I was outside the 14 day window to return them! I tried multiple times and emailed for help. In the end I sent them back with a print off of the order and all was fine.
So ultimately it works, the clothes are fabulous, some of the customer service assistants are delightful, and I love supporting businesses like this - a B corp with an excellent female founder, and British. But they need faster express delivery options, better logistics tech and some staff need to be reminded that you can still be really nice to customers when delivering bad news about the time of their delivery! Would definitely buy again and recommend.

This has become my 'go to' summer brand. The quality and designs are lovely and one of the only true companies with a proper british customer services team you can speak to. I had a small fault and it was resolved immediately. Far quicker than other retailers and felt looked after. My only minor observation is that because of the focus on organic, I have found a few tops in the past haven't had elastic meaning the straps don't stay up. Other than that, its proper quality cottons and one of the few companies still focused on quality materials. Highly recommend

I fell for a dress shown online. It was much more expensive than I would normally pay for a summer dress but I couldn’t get it out of my mind. The ordering was easy and delivery was fast. The dress was very crumpled on arrival - I guess I expected better packing for a £160 dress? It is very pretty and fits so well (it’s very light but lined in the bodice and skirt). Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the money but I will enjoy wearing it. (A company called Unfolded do a similar ethical thing, and their dresses are much cheaper. However, my order with them took two months before I gave up and cancelled). Also, if I’d needed to return it for a valid reason, I’d begrudge having to pay postage.
