Petite length but …
Delivery was great with sustainable packaging. I ordered a dress that is good quality as it's made from lovely cotton and with a great summery pattern. I'm knocking a star off because I had to double check that I had ordered the petite length, because it's so long! It's great to see petite lengths being offered but then it becomes very disappointing when they arrive and they still overwhelm in length. Is the regular length for those 6ft plus? I can just about get away with wearing it as a resort dress that'll be worn by a pool or indoors. But based on this, if it was an everyday or formal dress I'd be a little wary about investing as I would have to pay extra money and spend extra time to make it a suitable length. I'm just over 5.1.

The Instore Aspiga Experience
I decided to visit the Aspiga shop in the King's Road and have a hands on experience trying on different dresses instead of ordering online.
It was well worth the experience, the assistant was very helpful and bought me all the designs and sizes I needed. I can highly recommend the Enny dress in pink, what a find. I also tried on the Billie in pale blue size petite, as the regular fit was too busy for me. I am very happy with my purchases and so glad I caught the train to London for my experience. I have since ordered the the Rhianna sun dress in 3 different colour ways. I love them completely.

Very poor customer service
I ordered a dog collar, but the item I received was not the one I had ordered and was not suitable for my dog.
I contacted customer service several times over the course of a few days to report their mistake, but I did not receive a single response. I found the complete lack of communication extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, despite the error being entirely theirs, I was expected to pay the return postage to send the incorrect item back in order to receive a refund. Customers should not have to incur costs to correct a retailer's mistake. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience.

didn't receive replacement size until I…
didn't receive replacement size until I chased by phone 14 days after returning the ones that were too large and was then told that the required size was out of stock in the warehouse. When were you going to inform me if I hadn't contacted you? I was waiting for this item for my holiday. Replacement has now arrived. Trousers are twice the price of M&S equivalents and pockets bulge.
