Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, intially i was not able to login for 1 month and they fixed the issue in more than a month, and now im unable to make money transfer and they have not been able to fix the issue since 3 weeks

30 days to delete my account, and the marketing emails still haven’t stopped
I signed up to send money but decided not to proceed after seeing the number of requirements. It then took them 30 days to get my account deleted.
Despite this, I’m still receiving marketing emails, even though I unsubscribe every time one arrives. What exactly is the point of an unsubscribe button if the emails keep coming?
Closing an account and opting out of marketing should be straightforward. Instead, this has become a drawn-out, frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I transferred €915 to my wife’s SBI account in India, and after almost 4 hours the money still had not arrived.
I specifically chose Aspora because it promotes itself as a fast way to transfer money overseas. But when I actually needed to send money urgently to my family, the experience was completely different. Waiting for hours without receiving the money or getting a clear explanation is extremely frustrating.
The biggest problem is not just the delay — it is the lack of confidence and transparency when something goes wrong. When you’re sending money to your family for an urgent need, you need a service that you can depend on, not one that leaves you wondering where your money is.
Aspora also promotes 24/7 customer support, but my experience with the support process has been disappointing as well.
If a company markets itself around fast transfers, it should deliver that experience when customers actually need it. Advertising “fast” transfers means very little if an urgent transfer can remain pending for hours without a clear resolution.
I hope Aspora improves its transfer reliability and customer support because this experience has seriously reduced my trust in the service.
