I had been looking for information regarding heat pumps and been searching the internet when i received a call from a mobile number which i did not recognise.
The call was from Assembly Renewables who is not a company that i knew of.
But this must have been my lucky day as the whole experience from start to finish has been nothing but Excellent.
From the initial conversion with Tom and having the survey by ben and the installation by Dave and his 3 members of the team.
I have had other calls with Assembly Renewables with different questions and these have been answered within quick time and answered very well.

Assembly Renewables installed an air source heat pump for me last year and this year upgraded my PV system with adding more solar panels and a battery. All communication was easy and straightforward and staff were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and respectful from the start through survey, quotation, installation and after care. They also programmed the system and helped with finding the best tariff to optimize my environmentally friendly energy provision.
I can highly recommend them.

If you are considering getting Heat Pump or Solar for the home, these guys are fantastic! Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable about renewable tech, we found them really easy to talk to and discuss our thoughts, with zero pressure. One thing I can't recommend enough though is the Heat Loss and Solar Survey. The survey didn't cost much, but it was a SUPER thorough top to bottom inspection of the house. If you are unsure what would work for you, this incredibly detailed report outlines everything about your property, its efficiency, heating capacity, current and projected usages, running costs/savings and so much more. The information was simplified, so it was easy to understand, but the calculations were there too if you wanted to geek out a little (like me). Honestly, for us it was the only way to make a truly informed decision on a system built specifically for our house. We went ahead with installing the Heat Pump with these guys and will be looking to get the Solar at some point as well, to compliment the system.

Assembly Renewables did everything they said they’d do, exactly when they said they’d do it, and they did it all to a very high standard. They were responsive to our concerns. Clearing up
was done very promptly and perfectly. Follow-up protocol has been followed & is impressive. Grant application was easy with their help. And they got it right! The system is effective!

We chose Assembly Renewables for the installation of a heat pump at our home. They have been great throughout.
They were very open and transparent from the start of the process, giving a realistic quote, taking the time to explain every section and answering all our questions.
The installation process was quick, so the heat pump was already working by the day two.
There were a couple of teething issues, as could be expected. Both times, Assembly Renewables were quick to solve them and follow up to make sure they had been taken care of to our satisfaction.
Overall, we are very happy we chose them to install the heat pump. They offered the right balance of price, attention to detail and professionalism that we would be unlikely to get with a bigger company or a small local provider.

Can't recommend Assembly Renewables highly enough.
The whole world of eco-energy options was new to us but having looked at a few options fairly superficially, I'm very glad we went for AR. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The process was straightforward, as was the installation a few weeks later. Everything was explained and done in such a way that we didn't feel like complete morons(!).

Everything has been working well and efficiently since.

Team turned up promptly on agreed start date and installed two systems - one in the main house the other in the granny annex. The installation was completed within 6 days with my wife and I in residence with minimal interuption of cooking and heating facilities. The two heat pumps were installed obove head height at the back of the house preserving the usable patio area. The installation of the pressure vessels in the loft and removal of header tanks has doubled my loft storage area although the installation of the larger main tanks on the first floor has taken away the airing cupboard shelf above the old hot water tanks. Slight dissapointment at losing my power showers but the loss of pressure has been more or less restored by installing mains pressure shower heads, still perfectly usable and more economical on water usage, which is good.
Need to do a bit of decorating where the gas boilers have been removed but overall we are well pleased with the professional service and installation - thanks for a great job well done.

We believe that the installers were knowledgeable and efficient. They continued working through very cold weather without complaint!

What can i say assembly renewables from start to finish were fantasic,they went through everything with me, first of all sending a surveyor to go through what he is doing, and then send a second suveyor out, this i found was of great use.
They have just not left me to do the paper work on my own, they have been there at all times and sent every thing off to make life easy for me, the quality of there work was lmpeccable so clean at all times, through out my experince with this company all of the staff have been there for me.
I would highly recommend this company to family and friends

Assembly Renewables responded really well to our initial concerns about the Heat Pump location. They also turned up on the agreed days (which is more than can be said for others). The quality of the work was great and the result was a exceptionally warm house and hot water. Slight concern on behalf of the workers for the late hours they ended up doing. That was the only minor gripe

On time, on price, friendly and efficient, what more can I say.

From first contact to fitting the heat pump the experience couldn’t have been better. Assembly Renewables handled everything, the energy certificate and Government grant included. The team who fitted it were very pleasant and efficient and left everything clean and tidy.

Air source heat pump made easy. Assembly renewables made the whole process easy, including managing the £7500 grant. The surveyors were great and the contractors who put in the system were brilliant.
