My appointment was right on time and the lady who carried out the service was very good. Everything was done as it should have been and when she had finished, there was no trace of her having been here. A few days later, I received an email giving all of the details of what was done. I can only say that I received first class service and I am well pleased.

On time, knowledgeable, clean and very polite . Only one complaint very dear first hour .

The engineers arrived on time and quickly got to work servicing the boiler. After testing the boiler, and setting the timer for me they left the house clean and tidy after themselves. A very professional job.

Andy from blue flame was prompt in arranging a survey of my house to check if it was suitable for an airsource install, to move away from oil. This involved replacing my water tank, all the radiators, removing the boiler and installing the heat pump. Andy is an engineer who came out to do the survey, unlike other companies who send a non-engineer. But by doing this it meant the project was planned properly to address the plumbing quirks of my 1970s bungalow, where new drops needed to be made so that radiators had their own pipes rather than multiple radiators off one pipe which would have reduced efficiency. Andy had great customer service and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He project managed the project and his team who did the install were great, during the 25-30 degree heat wave, and the install was in my loft! Andy came out at the end of the install to show me how the new system worked and he was also on hand when there was a glitch which was sorted promptly. They have registered the install with all the various manufacturers, BUS and quality mark insurance which all the documents have come through to my email. I couldn't rate Blue Flame higher. I'm very happy I chose them for my airsource install. Andy is an absolute asset to their company.

Friendly and professional engineers. Had a service done and it looks like a slight pressure issue has been resolved along with a noise from the circulation pump! Well happy! Although I think they normally have one engineer for a service, in this case they happened to be together on the day. I'd happily have either one (Ryan or Matt) back if needed regarding my ASHP system.
