Professional and efficient.
Blue Flame respond efficiently to our call out ; sent a quote by return, ordering the boiler part and returning the fit it. It was a professional service by the office and the engineers throughout.

Don't delay, call them!
From an enquiry with Zack and a quote to fitting and finishing.... I would definitely recommend Blue Flame.
Communication was fantastic.
So our boiler gave in... New combi with complex pipe work and additional pipe work needed.
OLLY our fitter, young man you deserve 10 stars, what an absolute asset to the company you are. So polite and friendly and just got on with it. So clean and tidy also!
In fact to all the guys that attended my house ( sorry cant remember names) thank you so much!
I did have a little problem that I needed to call out of hours and they to arrived in a good time and after investigation it was a separate issue but again problem quoted and fixed within a couple of days! I am so pleased with the work done. Thank you to all.

They might be good at heating but the courtesy and competitiveness of their driving means I would not want them in my house. One bad apple only I know.
