Friendly service. Engineer knows his job. Left the work area clean and tidy.

Easy to contact company and speak to an effective person. Competent gas engineer. No over promising or underdelivering.

Jack your engineer that called was very polite, friendly and explained what he was doing and checked I had no other problems with radiators etc.

Prompt service with very helpful staff

The service Blue Flame provide is excellent, you are kept up to date with the appointment which has been made with your approval. The engineer telephoned me with a very accurate time that he would be arriving to carry out the service . He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite , I felt that he did a very good job, I would definitely recommend this company. They are local and I trust them , the office staff are very good and everything is explained thoroughly. Very satisfied with the whole organisation.

Good service by knowledgeable staff

I've recently taken over my late mother's account: they happily take my DD. Planned maintenance visit arranged for today, 28 July, between 12:00 and 5:00pm. So I stayed in the entire afternoon. They didn't bother coming nor made any effort to contact me to let me know they'd not be coming. I phoned before 5:00pm, to find out what was happening. I was on hold for about 6 minutes, and then told by the machine that no-one was available to speak to me. All in all pretty annoying.

UPDATE TO YESTERDAY'S REVIEW - Upgraded rating from 1 star to 3 star.

Following my irate telephone call to the company just before 5:00pm yesterday, when no-one answered the phone, a gas engineer turned up just before 5:30pm and told me that he'd picked up this 'job' because the guy who should have come was 'running behind'. So the job was done, but there was no need for me to wait in between midday and 5:00pm.

The reason my rating goes from 1 star to 3 star rather than 2 star is because this occurrance of poor service IS uncharacteristic for the company.

Engineer visited same day as my call to Blue Flame and stopped the leak in my radiator. Was very helpful and efficient and said to contact again should I need to.

We had been let down by a supplier who was unable to honour an order to install a range cooker using an LPG conversion kit. Blue flame came to our rescue, arranging a time and date that suited us ideally, removing and collecting the old cooker and coordinating installation with a gas engineer and electrician who worked seamlessly together. Despite a few complications with our kitchen and the job taking a little longer than they expected, they worked to solve problems with a positive attitude and lovely manner. Great service, good communication with office and dedicated technicians. Thank you.

Efficient engineers, always know what time they're coming

When we moved and downsized I contacted Blue flame because having had such good service in our old house it seemed the obvious choice.
Although we now have air source heating rather than the gas combi boilers in our house and annex Blue flame services them as well so no problem with worrying about will they be reliable. I am confident they will be!
