Very professional attitude by Martin Mann.

As usual great service on time and very professionally carried out.

We have two systems, that were installed by Blue Flame; namely Solar PV panels, including batteries, plus a heat pump. We also have a Solar Thermal system, installed by a company which is no longer trading. We now have a contract which includes servicing of all three of these systems. The morning saw the arrival of two electricians to look at our Solar PV system, they were efficient polite and friendly during their visit and explained what they had carried out and gave our intallation a clean bill of health. That afternoon a different engineer arrive to check the operation of our Solar Thermal and Heat Pump systems; he again was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite - happy to explain all the checks and tests he had done. We were very pleased and reassured by all the service provided.

I have been a customer with blue flame for two years now and have recently joined their premium customer package. My boiler has broken down a couple of times this year and BF have sent professional staff around and rectified the faults immediately giving me an explanation, in addition the support staff have been fantastic to. I would recommend BF and their customer packages.

Blue Flame have been excellent for many many years. The Engineer that came to service the boiler today was exceptional. Martin Mann. Knowledgeable, explained everything, pleasant to have around, a credit to the company.

Whenever there is a problem with our heat pump it’s great to know that Blue Flame are just a call away. Service is second to none

Although the response to the fault on our system was remedied effectively, it does need to be noted however, that this is the fourth issue with the installation of air source heater since Jan 2026.
