Swift resolution without any "drama"
I telephoned to ask for assistance and received a visit within 24 hours. On arrival the electrician took time to understand my explanation of the problem then diligently tested the EV systems and quickly rectified the issue ensuring I was aware of what actions I should take in the event that the problem returned.

Two scheduled Annual Services carried on-time by a professional and polite engineer.
The engineer arrived promptly at the start of the scheduled time-slot to undertake two separate annual services, and brought with him all the specialised equipment required. He was very well mannered and polite, and had excellent customer service, completing the work in good time.
