Faulty Thermostat
Had a faulty thermostat so heating wouldn't go off , lounge was like a sauna, chap came switched it off and came back later with a new thermostat. Very happy, have been using Blue Flame for a few years now for servicing our heat pump ,very professional and polite and friendly.

Heating system was loosing presure
Engineer explained what he was going to do and why. Took photos of parts that may be required if any further issues encountered so there would be no delay.

All staff are friendly and helpful, always go above and beyond. Call up and always fit you in that day or the next day when it suits you. CUSTOMER always comes first. Would recommend them never had no problems.
