The case and card holder are excellent delivery was a bit slow hence 4 stars. Would use again and recommend but expect 10 days from order to delivery.

Don’t be fooled by .co.uk or shipping time of a few days.

Now over a week later and still no updated tracking. It’s clearly drop shipping from China so can be waiting many weeks for delivery. Apparently when it’s in the uk they have paid 48hr express tracked RM.

I still don’t have the product so can’t comment but not expecting much.

My wife likes her new case and that makes me happy. Mine is too big but works fine.

Phone case was as seller described, securely packaged & promptly posted.

This really is a super quality case made of really durable materials. The fit is perfect. Obviously sourced from China and the delivery time is commensurate to that.

The iPad case is a bit different to the usual plain ones and was a good price.
Took a little longer to arrive than I expected.
I was able to cancel an item incorrectly ordered and have received refund.

Ordered particular iPhone case which was completely priced. Kept informed of delivery status regularly via email until delivered. Astracases staff very polite and accommodating with enquiries.

Great product, very robust. Only downside and my reason for a 4 star rather than 5 star review is the length of time it took to arrive.

My mistake in thinking my order of a new iPhone case (costing £29.99) was "genuine leather" when, on greater attention to reading the description, finding it was made from "PU premium vegan leather", which I assumed was coming from a UK site. Shipping took 5-10 weeks. Tracking through their site unavailable during this time. On receipt realised it was made from an artificial lookalike leather. Contacted customer services asking for a return label. Not possible but offered a 50% refund instead. Again asked to return it, but given an offer to keep it and choose a "free" replacement case from their site which I refused. Various emails followed with my complaining about what is obviously a cheap, artificial leather completely overpriced product with seemingly no easy way to either return or receive a refund as I am used to when ordering from Amazon. Communications between us courteous and friendly on the subject of how much customer care means to them and how they want to improve the quality of their goods to fit market expectations. Eventually received a refund (excluding postage) and bought a genuine leather iPhone case from Snakehive - wonderful colour, quality, value for money and quick delivery from the UK! At the best I feel Astra Cases took my complaints seriously although I do wonder if I was communicating with AI.

I’ve had a couple of cases now. They have done their job and protected my phone from damage.
New phone so new case needed and this time I’ve got my wife one. Her one is pretty and mine is a beast.

I’ll be a repeat customer.

Excellent cases what are well built and very protective. I have three now from these!

The case is good quality, it arrived as predicted in the emails and an initial small hiccup was sorted out by customer service.

Tracking didn’t work but delivery was made in good time thanks.

Excellent joice fast service very helpful staff

I wish I had properly researched before buying a case from this overseas based firm. I received no order confirmation from Astracases (I checked spam too and nothing) and there is no way of contacting them. I received the wrong sized case and shipping took over three weeks. The exact same case for less than half the price was on Amazon. I stupidly wasted my money on this company so advising you not to do the same.
