Ordered a case for £55, thinking it would be high standard and more durable, it isn't. So I wouldn't bother, you can get the same case on other sites for less than half the price. It wasn't what I expected, not been used, or opened. Contacted customer service, offered me to keep it for free, I refused and asked to send it back, they then offered me a 30% refund and to keep the item. I refused and asked to send it back. FYI their policy on the website is false, it says you can return if in original packaging etc. Passed to manager, still refused me to send item back for a refund. A lot of money to waste, don't buy from this site. Says it's UK based but it doesn't ship from uk!! Awful customer service.

Far too long delivery. Its a phone case not a porsche.
Paid 20% of the value of the case in postage. Not even a tracking number available after a week. Buying from a local next-day-delivery vendor instead.

Great cases and well made. Items were dispatched without issue and received in good time. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, but ordered over Christmas period.

I was very disappointed with my phone…
I was very disappointed with my phone case when it arrived. For the price I paid I could have bought a real leather case. I do not believe this company is in the UK either. Would not recommend from buying with this company.

I have ordered from this company previously, their cases are extremely strong and reliable. I find the experience of the site is individual and treats customer service with a 5 star. I would definitely recommend the phone cases and wouldn't buy from another site.
