Avoid this company. Given their business name I presumed they were UK based. However it was only after ordering, I realised my case would take over two weeks for delivery and 5 days on still hasn’t even been dispatched.
I have tried contacting the company to cancel my order but after one initial email I am now being ignored. This was meant to be a Christmas present and is never going to arrive in time. So disappointed.

Beautiful items, simple to purchase online and simply comforting to own

Ordering was easy then when it was placed I was regularly updated with the progress of the order. I have had these cases in the past and they have amazing durability. I have even dropped it from a cherry picker by accident at 25 meters the screen had a slight crack on it but the phone was fine.

Fantastic product and service

Good sturdy phone case with compartment for bank cards. Ideal and what I was after. Delivery time was longer than expected with tracking not that relevant, but as for the product … great.

Perfect fit for my IPad, good choice of colours very good prices, delivered by Royal Mail.

Ordered a iPhone 14 Pro Max phone case, it took just under 2 weeks to come and the tracking number wasn’t valid.
I’ve had the phone case on for 2 days and it scratches and chips very easy, and this is without dropping it yet, it’s only been in my pockets and phone holder in the car. The case looks very smart and feels nice but the quality isn’t the best, not worth £40.

Great piece of kit… easy to fit and very robust. My only moan is it took almost a month for it to arrive.

Got a new iPhone 15 case it really cool and let’s me watch things on my phone without having to hold it all day as it has a cool little stand attached

The phone case is very nice to hold in your hand it does add a bit of weight to your phone but this makes it very robust and sturdy I love the way all the ports are hidden and no dust will get in to my phone or water love it

Great case easy to fit, I would have given 5 stars but from notification of item being dispatched delivery took more days than it should have.

Not what I expected but it was exactly what I needed for my phone and my lifestyle. No more worrying about being in the back pocket. Out and about I’ve actually dropped the phone more and worry less.

On arrival I thought the phone case was cheap material due to the colour. However I have found it comfortable to hold and use. It’s even better than the previous case I had with an extra pocket at the front. I especially like that it accommodates everything I need

It is, on face value a great case, however there are two things that you need to be aware of.
Whilst it is great at protecting your phone, the case colour does come off quickly, making it look like an old phone.
2nd and more importantly, when the glass protector does eventually break/suffer damage, there is no replacement for this. You have to replace the whole case, which given its cost, isn't great at all.

The response from astra cases is, it's not something they do. But they take all feedback seriously...

But why on earth did they not forsee the glass being broken/damaged. Like they all do!!

I'm not convinced it's worth the cost/damage ratio...

Buy with caution, or buy if you can afford to replace the lot on a regular basis.

So in short, great case, lousy paint job, even worse damage foresight!

Update:
They have offered a discount, and I have accepted it, so hopefully this will last and that they will look into replacement screens, rather than the whole expense of replacing the entire 360⁰ casing.
