I received my print today in the mail and unfortunately there was a small bend or crushed edge probably happening during shipment. I love the print. I will probably lose a little bit when I have it mounted and put in a frame with matting just wanted to advise you guys of this not complaining probably gonna order a couple more prints from you guys anyway shipping companies and postal are very harsh on shipments.

Their website says in more than one locatiom that it has developed a network of local printers and all of its prints are done in local printing shops shipped to you from these shops in your region, therefore no duties or taxes will be due. However, this is a lie. They print out of Poland and ship without informing you of this. I was charged duties and brokerage fees, totalling almost half of the cost of the items themselves. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, offering nothing more than a sorry not sorry response. Furthermore of the information is still on their website meaning they’re still misleading customers and have no problem doing so. I can’t vouch for the quality of the prints as I am not taking them from my mail room. The CEO can come collect them himself if he wants (a reference to their silly option to email the CEO for a fast response— obviously another lie)

Great company. I've ordered from them twice (the fine art version) and have always been very satisfied. My last order came in damaged and they immediately sent replacements. Will be ordering from them again.

I don't think the price is worth the product. It is just a regular poster

It arrived with a very ugly embossed "seal" of Astrography. The one corporates and lawyers put on legal documents and agreements. Totally unnecessary and ruins the authenticity of the poster.

The company immediately offered me a replacement without the seal, so I am at least happy with such a great and fast customer service.

The Poster purchased on 8/23/25 was $59 minus a promotional discount of $15.93 plus $19.90 for Shipping. The poster is fantastic and I will display it at an astronomical event on 9/13/25. It was shipped USPS and it didn’t arrive until late on 9/6/25. It took 2 weeks to get it to me! Thank goodness I ordered it early enough! This is the 6th poster I have ordered and they are all beaytiful!

I ordered the panels for fhe Saturn V and the LM, and separately the fine art poster of the Apollo 11 flight plan. They all look great, and the panels are firm yet light for easy hanging. The panels came with some wet cardboard in the package. Fortunately the panels were well protected with plastic wrap, so no problem.

I have ordered 4 Fine Art posters with 3 different sizes and I find them very beautiful and inspiring. I am fully satisified.
Also the communication and the advice given to me were very good.
I totally recommend.

Beautiful photos in great quality. I have already ordered 5 posters from Astrography and each time they are great. The shipment was very well secured, no problems. I recommend!

I do public astronomy outreach and have been looking for a LARGE poster of the Milky Way. I've found poster-size on other sites but Astrography had the large size I needed. When I received it, it was in a very hard tube that protected the poster from shipping damage. The poster itself is vividly colored and clear, not pixelated from over enlargement. The poster material is nice and heavy and should weather well, although I am getting it mounted on poster board for display. All in all it was worth the money and I will probably get more of similar nature for other Astronomy topics in the future.

Easy to order. Emails kept me up to date on progress of order. The product arrived 5 days earlier than estimated. The product was well packaged - no damage. Our AstroPanel Poster was stunning!
Will definitely order from Astrography again.

I have gotten a hold of Adam through email, my mail for some reason went to their spam folder. Per my request the issue have been resolved with a giftcode for their side to buy more beutiful art, hopefully without any issues this time :)

I have sent sent an email to Adam the 6th of March, awaiting a reply.

TLDR:
There are scratches on my poster that I received from them and I have not been able to get any response from the support for 2+ Weeks.

Full story:
I was lucky enough to get one of their beutifull posters as a Christmas gift.

Since I received it I started to research how I should get it framed, whether it was something that I could do myself or if i needed some help for it.
Because of that I left the poster in the plastic wrap for a long time until I could find a solution.

I had it framed by a proffesional glazier and found out afterwards that the poster actually had some scratches which I had not noticed prior.
Luckily I took some photos before the glazier did his job where I can see at least one of the scraches on the poster which is evidence enough for me to say that it must have been like that since i received it.

I tried to contact the support on multiple emails and even through their own form on their site, but unfortunately with no answer after waiting patiently for more that 2 weeks.

I would like to get in touch with them to see how we can resolve my issue and I would be willing to update my experience here if they at some point reach out to me.

In conclusion the artwork is very beutifull, but you better pray that you don't need the support for the items you buy.

Beautiful print of the Center of the Milky Way Center. Arrived and as I was unrolling it a sticker that was holding the paper stuck to the print. I thought it was one of those barely stick stickers...but it immediately tore part of the photo off. Why is that sticker even in the shipment?!?! I'm sick that this amazing photo was ruined even before I fully unrolled it.
EDIT: Barely 2 days and they immediately handled it in the best way I could possibly hope for. Absolutely going above and beyond. I couldn't possibly be happier with their response and overall friendliness. A small bump in the road, but a definite 5 STARS. And that isn't even about the Photo itself, which is simply amazing!

I ordered 4 prints from Astrography and the original order possibly got stuck in custom, I contacted customer service and they decided to resend my prints which they arrived and they are gorgeous!
Their customer service team and the company owner did go to great lengths to help me with my shipment and the artwork quality is amazing and stunning, is now the main focal point on my living room. I will buy another piece from them. Thank you.

I bought "The Great Eruption in the constellation of Carina" as a metal print. Unfortunately the colors were not as bright and vibrant as advertised on the website. And thus it was to dark for the place it should go.

Creation of the Cosmos II is absolutely stunning. I framed it in a natural walnut frame with a white mat. Extremely happy with the results. Very cool piece of art, and a very talented artist.

I paid for courier express which is supposed to take 3-7 days, and it has already been a week with no update at all. The Shop app just says “Order Placed”, and I’ve sent an email and numerous chats on the website, but no response ever. I’m wondering if it will ever come, and if not soon I will have to report it to my bank. 2 stars currently.

Update: I finally received an email response on the 8th day as well as being notified that my order is ready to be shipped. Now 3 stars and will be more if it arrives soon because I did pay $20 for courier express shipping.

Update: I received my poster after 12 days, and it is exactly how I imagined it would be, it looks terrific. And on top of that, they sent an email offering me two choices for the delay in the service, which was refunding the $20 I paid for courier express shipping or getting 50% off any item. Definitely 5 stars now.
