Everything r fake and fraudulent because I installed this Astrotalk app yesterday because of my friend suggestion. there many time I also saw that first chat free but there nothing anything free even 1 to 2 time you send chat with baba o babi all balance finished I recharged 2 times there only 4 times I send chat without any solution or satisfying answer again balance finished only they robbery money they r making fool all innocent people’s who’s poor guys trusting on there Fake money minded baba and babi very disgusting 🤬🤬😡😡

Maine recently Astrotalk store se ek crystal bracelet order ki thi. Delivery time par aagayi aur packaging bhi kaafi acchi thi . Bracelet dekhne me sundar thi but quality mujhe thodi average lagi kyuki kucchdin baad uska elastic halka loose feel hone laga. I ordered a dhan yog bracelet from astrotalk store.the ordering process was simple and delivery was on time.initially,the bracelet looked nice and comfortable to wear,but unfortunately it broke within just 2 days of use.after contacting the social media support team.they responded properly and arranged a replacement without much hassle.i also spoke with astrologer Sharvany who guided me politely about the product. Overall,the experience was mixed but support handling was satisfactory.

seems like AI. No matter how much I tried to engage the advisor, their answers were generic and didn't match my questions. Tried to screenshot the answers, but seems like the site blocked you from exporting the chats. Not worth the money.

Then maine support team se connect kiya and unhone bracelet exchange kar dia without unnecessary confusion.New product condition mein better tha and issue resolve ho gaya. Store experience starting mein average laga tha,but support response kaafi helpful raha.

My name is Shankar Walke,two months before I had ordered metal dhan yog bracelet,but with in 2 months it was badly tarnished, I had submitted the product photo but they are not ready to accept the product failure,this people are fake and their products are fake. I appeal to buyers please do not buy any product from astrotalk and waste your money.

I have only found one ok psychic on there. They mainly take a while to reply in chats to run out your time. I ask for a refund because the one psychic didn’t answer my questions and wasted my money and was only given a $1 refund. Will not use again.

My bracelet colour got faded when I m asking for replacement they agreed 1st and now they are denying I have pictures of chat where they accepted for replacement now when I m asking for status they are saying it's not manufacturing defeat

This app is a joke. There’s no real astrologer here despite what it claims, just what feels like a call center running chats under fake credentials. Complete waste of time and money. You pay about $10 for 20 minutes, but the timer doesn’t even match real time. The “AI” quickly switches to a person using phrases like “Beta ji,” which already feels unprofessional.

It also jumps to completely wrong conclusions, like assuming I am not married and saying things about marriage delay.

Then when asked about children without clarifying it makes up things about children, saying: “Children’s sector Jupiter blessed hai… pehla bachcha late 2028 ke baad…” while I already have two grown children.

When I asked for an English translation, it conveniently softened everything into something generic like “children’s health looks strong and positive,” which shows it’s just scripted responses, not real insight.

Honestly, what the hell, this feels generic, inconsistent, and blatantly scammy.

I ordered a 7 horses frame from this website..Order #92043532207806. By mistake i typed the wrong number. That parcel wasnt delivered because i couldnt get the OTP due to wrong number. I kept chatting with their customer care but they didnt do anything about it for 2 weeks.. The parcel went back. Nobody is responding, nobody is refunding my money . horrible customer care, never buy from here !!!!!

Astro talk is a cheater company, I bought pearls of 4905 Rs, when i got checked through local gem expert he told that this is just 350 Rs cost. They are looting in the name of brand to innocent people. Dont trust this platform just go local known jewellers/astrologer they will tell u exact. Also there is no refund policy of any pearl/stones.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this app has changed.

The cashback system used to actually make using the platform worthwhile. We used to receive meaningful cashback — especially on autopay — which helped offset the high costs. The more clients we brought in and the more we referred, the more affordable the app became. Now it’s been reduced to something like $14 with an expiry date, which makes it feel almost pointless. Because of this, I’ve gone from using the app frequently to barely using it at all and just saving my money.

On top of that, customer service has been consistently frustrating and unhelpful. This isn’t a one-time issue — it has happened multiple times. Agents seem confused, don’t properly understand the issue, and rarely provide any real resolution.

For example, today I was told there is no referral cashback system, which is simply incorrect. Then I raised a separate issue — that I haven’t been receiving cashback promo notifications for months while others are — and instead of investigating, I was told “nothing is wrong” and that it should just start working. That’s not a solution. That’s dismissive.

It feels like I have to repeat myself multiple times, and even then the issue isn’t understood or resolved. As a paying customer, that’s incredibly frustrating.

Overall, the value of this app has significantly declined — both in terms of rewards and customer support. If this continues, there’s really no reason to keep using it.

Pathetic services, unable to deliver order since last one month. Every time I complain they take address and give fake confirmation for delivery.

As an old psychic, they treat us like robots and no fair income , they lie even in rates and too many, I can't provide with any internal informations because they may take legal actions against this, but Trustpilot please take this into consideration so may they see and give psychics there rights , because literally I had none

I wanted to try the app to see how it works. They say the first chat is free my you only have 2 min to ask a question and get an answer then they ask you to pay to continue the chat. I think this is a scam.
