Worst experience ever with Astrotalk.. I ordered two bracelets and wanted to revive on that particular dates. They also mentioned that same date on which I wanted delivery.. Hardly it didn’t receive on time and now when asked unka AI bot name Isha is answering that package mein delay hain and always giving two options either wait ya cancel order to get full refund. This isn’t the way this company should work and fool customers.. Social media par to kitna attractive offers and ads karte hain uska kya hua… Website and their support team sucks…

Ordered items worth ₹4,000 (Order #92043532590453) with a delivery promise of June 17th. That date came and went. Got pushed to June 20th — also came and went. It’s now June 27th and I have neither my order nor a refund.

There is no real customer support — just a WhatsApp bot that loops the same canned response: “your matter has been escalated, item will be delivered by the 20th.” That date has long passed and nothing has changed. I explicitly informed them multiple times that I would be travelling and unavailable after a certain date, and they neither delivered before that window nor processed a refund.

Ten days of “escalation” with zero resolution and zero human contact is not customer service, it’s a stonewalling tactic. If you can’t fulfill an order or honor a refund request, don’t take the money. This is exactly the kind of experience that makes people stop trusting online sellers — paid in full for goods I never received, with no accountability on their end.

They gave completely wrong predictions, even saying I was married when I'm not. They also take a lot of time to respond, which honestly feels like a waste of money. I don't understand why celebrities like Hina Khan are promoting this.

Guys, this is my honest review—please don't go for it. It felt like a complete fraud to me. If you're going through a difficult situation and need guidance, I'd recommend visiting a genuine astrologer in your area in person. That would be a much better option.

The supoort team is terrible!!!! Been waiting since beginning of May for my credits back and all they keep saying is we will revert to you please don't worry and then take credits away like you didn't see. Don't trust them!!!!!

The ratings are pretty fake - I rated an astrologer and interestingly if you rate someone low it never shows on their profile so you have no idea who to contact other than waste your money on countless astrologers in your bad times. Based in Australia and find the app extremely overpriced and expensive to use. Plus half the time the astrologers would ask to make donations etc saying they can do special pooja for you but don’t trust them- a year later and nothing has changed, all that money gone to waste!

It is purely money scam app. They say first chat is free but it isnt. Letting the client knw which star he belongs to isnt free chat which most if the people will knw. More over they attract people by sending a voice msg and asking them to continue chatting by charging per minute. People don’t get into this trap.

I have to repeat the story every time on the same whatsApp. From past 2 weeks now they said someone will contact me through email but no one. They just took my money.
