Astrotalk is a complete FRAUD. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
They charged me multiple times without authorization, and some transactions were even declined by my bank yet still appeared as posted charges. When I contacted their so‑called “Chat Support,” they were absolutely useless.

Ticket 1: Closed without solving anything.
Ticket 2: I sent my full transaction history showing overbilling, and they simply stopped responding. Later, they even deleted my messages from the chat history after I mentioned filing a fraud complaint.

I checked my order/purchase history in the app — there are NO transactions at all, yet they charged me. This is extremely suspicious and unacceptable.

I am filing a claim with my bank, and I hope to get my money back.

Astrotalk is a scammy, unethical app that charges money without proper records, provides zero support, and hides evidence. Avoid this app at all costs.

They are Frauds. They use AI services and general astrology which one can find easily through these AI. Looted my Money.

It’s only AI at this point with only a couple of real people, but since they are the only real people, the wait for them lasts hours. It wasn’t disclosed when I paid that I was talking to AI but I quickly realized when they provided paragraph long answers within a split second of me pressing send. No real person could read and respond that quickly. Some profiles say AI psychic and some don’t, but they are still AI. They don’t give you a way to filter for only real people. Every chat with AI should have a disclosure that you’re chatting with AI. This feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Their phone is always switched off and courier never contacts you but marks as undeliverable. Bad service with astro store and Shiprock.

False advertising do not download

Complete scam. Avoid at any cost. Really stupidity, fake assumptions, fake guru's and their predictions. And now stupid ads all over internets. If you are beliving them you are big fool on the earth.

6 month pehle koi information milegi then after 6 month kuch alag.in logo ko ye nahi pata rehta ki kis tarikh ko kon sa din h,khas torr per jab aap usi month me baat kar rahe ho. Bewkuf banane ka aur paisa wasulane ka ye ek behtar tarika h. Pls aap log paisa mat fukna isper. Jab aap pareshan chal rahe ho.ye sirf aapko sarahna dene k liye bas ek maatra dabbe wala app h, lekin iske bharose aap apni jindagi ko lekar mazak na kariye.bhagwan per bharosa rakhiye,apne karm aur mann ko saf rakhiye,aur unki puja kariye.

It was good to start with but half way through the person must have switched as they started making lots of mistakes and was talking nonsense.

Totally scam as they just try to get money out of our pockets and makes us talk with surely an AI model. The reason is simple: no normal astrologer can write that much good English and that much fast as well as they all say the same thing.

Order kiya 1 weak se bhi jada ho gaya , lekin abi thak koi response nahi , kab ayega wo bhi pata nahi , mujhe tho lagta hai scam hai . Prepaid amount pay karwa liye , aur ab koi response nahi aa raha , order kab ayega

Is this app a joke? There is an astrologer by name “Savita” with Ratna Pathak Shah’s photo as her profile picture and the description says

“ This astrologer profile applies Vedic astrology supported by advanced tools for dependable consultations. Each session focuses on accuracy and clear understanding.”

So basically looting money with fraud and AI.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AstroTalk. I placed an order for a bracelet on 15 June 2026, but it was delivered only on 7 July 2026. A delay of more than three weeks for such an order is unacceptable, especially when customers are not kept informed about the actual delivery timeline.
I had to wait far beyond the expected period, and there was no proactive communication or meaningful update regarding the delay. When a company sells products associated with specific astrological timings or remedies, timely delivery is crucial. Delivering the bracelet after such a long delay defeats the purpose for many customers. I hope AstroTalk improves its order processing, logistics, and customer communication so that other customers do not face the same inconvenience.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing bracelets or similar products from AstroTalk unless they significantly improve their delivery commitments.

They don't care for customer.very poor service....i have ordered for first time and this poor service .after 15 days it was finally delivered.... delivery service was very bad ..products are good
