Damaged package left on doorstep.
Although the goods were undamaged the package was left on our doorstep for passers by to see. Luky no one stole it. The box looked like it had fallen off the back of a lorry, all ripped exposing the internal box.
Taps inside were good and have fitted them and work well.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review and we are extremely disappointed to hear that the parcel was left at the door with damaged external packaging. This is something we are reporting to the the carrier for investigation and can only apologize for this.
We are however glad to hear that the tap inside was undamaged and protected by the products packaging, allowing these to be installed and all is well with the item itself.
Should there be any issue, do not hesitate to contact us.
