Fabulous service from Jess, so refreshing to get good customer service, thank you!

I had to contact Scudo (Harrison Bathrooms) customer service due to a faulty cistern. I spoke with Callum in their customer services department via email. Callum was prompt and polite and was able to send me a replacement in just a few days. Amazing customer service! Knowing this support is available would definitely encourage me to use Scudo again. Thanks Callum 😀

Love Scudo brushed bronze bathroom products but most importantly, any questions of niggles have been dealt with efficiently and proficiently by their excellent customer service team. It's how you always think customer service should be, but sadly these days it rarely is. Well done, Scudo!

I have to be honest, I do have some doubts about the overall durability of Harrison bathroom products. They look fantastic for the price, but I've experienced several issues with different fittings over time.

That said, their customer service is truly outstanding. Every time I've had a problem, they've resolved it and sent replacements free of charge without any hassle.

In the end, great service really shows when things go wrong, not when everything is perfect. Because of that, I'd still give them 5 stars.

Do not buy from this company. They sent the wrong item,no apology said the replacement would be 3-5 days then agreed to next day which was a lie now there’s no tracking and they alluded to me paying for the return of the incorrect item they sent. Very very poor customer service

Majib has also been brilliant on the sales side. He’s knowledgeable, proactive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we get the right products at the right time. His communication is spot on, and he’s a pleasure to deal with.
