Bella Bathrooms, especially Kate, assisted us with an unusual pair of orders. Components to replace parts of our 25 year old Hudson Reed (HR) Victorian showers. Back then HR had a retail sales firm in the U.S. But that is no more so our only source for HR parts became UK retailers - enter Bella Bathrooms and Kate - who helped us put everything together; the parcels were waiting for us near Southampton and were picked up during our brief stopover.

Excellent experience
Price: very competitive so much so that a rival, leading spares company couldn't match Bella Bathrooms, despite a price match guarantee.
Product: looks and feels just like the original I've replaced and it works!
Delivery: reasonable cost, arrived within the 48 hour window and the packaging was superb. A dozen eggs would have arrived unbroken!
Customer service: excellent. Both Kate and Danielle were polite, pleasant, very helpful and super efficient.
