The hinge on my toilet seat broke after visitors, so I ordered a replacement set, this was a quarter the cost to replace the whole seat. It arrived before the first delivery date so I am even happier then I was when I found it. Delivery service was brilliant, ordering was nice and easy, switching out the old for new was easy. Brilliant quality, excellent service , recommend company.

I was trying to find a column radiator and came across the Scudo 3 column designer radiator at a good price. Sam was incredibly helpful and honest replying to my emails and advising on valves, which I purchased the Scudo angled valves in satin nickel.
I paid a very reasonable price for express delivery and the items duly arrived the following morning.
Great customer service which helped my decision in using this company.

Ordered a large radiator (2400 x 600) it was shown as 3-5 working days delivery, it took a bit longer, but it arrived, and the courier was brilliant.
The item was fine, good condition so ultimately its a 5 star review.

Ordered an item, it was never delivered. Nobody answers calls there. Must be a scam company. Avoid at all costs!

1 star for a competitive price for a shower screen.
You should pay more to their competitors.

Took around 5 weeks, no comms.
1 roller is faulty. Asked them to replace as manufacturer only deals with stockists.
Asked me for pictures of the shower screen so they ‘can work out which model it is’.
It’s the model they sold me and eventually delivered.
Assumed it would be pointless but sent the photos anyway.
No response and not expecting one.
Ordered a spare part from a third party stockists. Now paid at least as much as I would have to one of their competitors and I would have had a working shower for the last 2 months

Not installed yet but it's a beautiful sink and very flat and well finished underneath as well as the visible surfaces. Finding a sink this size was exactly what I was looking for.
The delivery driver was on time and careful with the handling.

I bought a shower profile from them on the 5th of September. I was then told it wasn’t in stock on the 10th and was offered a refund.

It’s now the 9th of October, and I’m still waiting for that refund.

I have called multiple times a day, but no one answers the phone. I’ve also emailed with screenshots of my bank account showing no incoming payments from their company, or even a payment matching the refund amount. Again, I’ve just been blanked.

I don’t know what gives them the right to treat customers like this.

I think more people need to come forward, as I’ve read that I’m not the only person to have experienced something like this.

From ordering to delivery only took 1 week

I ordered taps for my bathroom basin sink and bath. The taps were excellent quality. The service from British Bathroom Company was super throughout. I accidentally ordered the wrong style and they were quick to refund me once they had been returned and to send out the right taps. A fantastic company to deal with. Thank you

It’s been two weeks since my goods arrived, clearly were faulty items which I sent photos and reported immediately via email to their “customer service” which is supposedly to respond within 2 days. I have emailed numerous times and tried calling their customer service which essentially rings out with no answer. Absolutely shambles and I think purposefully sends faulty items slightly cheaper than other shops with no right to return. I will be contacting trading standards with a complaint. Do not buy from this company!!

They sent me a £20 product instead of the £50 product I ordered and refused to accept responsibility for their mistake.

Despite receiving the wrong item, I had to pay the return postage myself. I am now still waiting for my refund and have been without my money for almost a month.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I will definitely not be using this company again and would not recommend them.

The replacement plug for my stainless steel sink was sent out almost immediately after ordering it. It fits perfectly. I am very pleased, having had to fish out food potentially going down the waste pipe for two weeks 😔...

2nd time I have used British Bathrooms and again experienced a quick despatch and delivery. Price was good and stocked the item I needed. Overall a good experience.

Sometimes it is hard to find a decent shower curtain which is 240cm wide by 180cm in depth.
I purchased the Diamond Extra Heavy Weighted shower curtain which was £13.99 at the time (September 2026). Good price!
P&P was slightly high at £5.99 but you make some back with the shower curtain being great value. All in all, a good experience and quick delivery.
As long as this product or similar remains a good price, I would definitely buy again from them. Many thanks.
