Beautiful choices of clothing and shoes. I had ordered Lane Line shoes on Jan 20th this year. Unfortunately I never received them. So instead of rating the shoes ill be rating the customer care. When I had ordered the shoes I got all the confirmation letters and shipment details. But as days went on my shoe delivery status was stagnant. I contacted the company and asked if everything is okay, I knew they had tons of orders so things could have gotten mixed up or late, which I didn’t mind, I just wanted clarity. The customer service was super nice, they responded with care and told me they will be checking my order out and reaching out to me in 3-5 working days. Those days passed and nothing, then another week passed, nothing. I contacted again, they apologised and said they will be contacting the delivery company for the status and will reach back to me in 5-7 days. Yet again after a week and another week after that they never reached out. I had to email them a third time asking about my order and only after then they told me that they never shipped it out. This silence from them and lack of care had dragged on for two months! Even though their response was always professional, friendly and kind, undertood my frustration and disappointment, I just don’t understand why not say it wasn’t being able to be shipped out to begin with and give me my refund, rather than keep it for themselves for months and only after prying them could I finally understand the situation. Overall, I really want those goddamn shoes, but I’m unsure if I’d purchase from them again

Ho riscontrato qualche problema contattandoli via mail, ma scrivendo su Instagram sono sempre gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi giorno e orario.
Tempo di attesa un po’ lungo per il preordine ma tutto sommato ne vale la pena.

Ordered boots in January. Received notification of label and shipment two days later. It’s been a month and a half- 6 emails zero replies. Fake email stating shipments for items are now being processed.you click tracking nothing happens and now it goes the voided site. Scam company. They get money from your credit card then you dispute the charge. Sucks bc some items looked really cool.

Commande passée il y a un mois, jamais envoyée, service après vente ne réponds plus, et depuis aujourd'hui tous les liens qui permettaient de visualiser ma commande ne fonctionnent plus.

Their designs and quality are top tier! Took a while for my order to arrive but they were very communicative and provided an update when asked. Can’t wait to order again!
