Utterly Disappointed – If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would
This was one of the most disappointing online purchases I’ve ever made. The product I received was absolutely nothing like the images or description—the "quality" fabric turned out to be what felt and looked like thick, stiff felt made of 100% polyester. No tags, no branding, nothing that inspires confidence.
Although the store appears to be in Sydney Australia (I'm based in Adelaide), I was charged an international transaction fee, which was obviously unexpected and raised immediate concerns. The item took five weeks to arrive, and by then, I had already lost faith in the purchase.
This experience left me feeling misled and incredibly disappointed. I would strongly caution others to avoid this retailer.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a Luxurious leather jacket from their closing down sale and received instead an item from China that was vinyl. They won't arrange to pick up false item and to refund have to go through my bank now. Do not purchase.. ITS A SCAM

Received my items today
Received my items today. Items are not true to size and the quality is nothing as per description. These are Temu products without the Temu price tag. Shipping took around 18 days. Very disappointing. Hopefully I will be getting a refund however I need to pay postage to return products and then wait for delivery, review or returned items prior to hopefully getting a refund.
Do not order for this organisation!!!

This site is a total scam
This site is a total scam. Product didn’t look like the one I purchased and was a different colour with sleeves that were far too short. The products are extremely cheap looking and have tags on them in Chinese. Package also came from China and no evidence of the #Atelia Sydney store existing. Do not purchase any items from this store!

Poor quality and they send you wrong items and they do not respond when requesting a refund . I will raise this with banks so they are aware of customers using credit cards
