I would like better communication. Better information about the process. I do better with a phone call for updates on what the company is doing with my debtors. Also assign a person to my case so I have a person who I can call who is responsible for my account.

A good success! They walked me through the strategy and to just calmly wait after filling out all and wishing for the best. They got me a settlement quicker than I expected and reduced the debt by more about 40%, which is a game changer. Thank you so much, I hope the other settlements end in the same success.

All these positive reviews have to be fake. This scam company took 3 months of payments so far with zero communication, zero settlement attempts. Creditors have not been contacted by them. Their office is always closed. The person who conned me into this is MIA. Also, there is a big lawsuit against them. Stay away from this company at all costs. They do nothing but take your money and let your credit get worse with zero resolution.

I signed a contract with Strategic Consultants/Atlas debt relief on Jan 12, 24, my good faith payment was supposed to be pulled on the 19th and the rest of the monthly payment to be pulled on the 25th. The first payment did not come out..so I attempted to contact my consultant Ruslan Yarkovskiy no reply, phones disconnected...called strategic Consulting...phones disconnected. Called Atlas...no one there either..now I'm terrified as they have my banking info

I called Atlas for a debt consultation and was comfortable with signing up and the agent answered all my questions. After the first withdrawal occurred I was no longer able to contact the company. Office was closed, agent no longer accepting phone calls. I was unable to contact anyone with my concerns. I had to sign up for another company since I was already in the process of not paying my credit cards. Please be CAREFUL with this company. It didn’t handle my business correctly and it’s unacceptable to not be able to contact them.

I like the interaction that was had in order to confirm my authorization for my settlements, but one of the settlements, for some reason didn’t go through, and I’ve been trying to call Atlas every day this week, and have not been able to speak to somebody about why. I even sent an email with the same information and have yet to hear back for our reply.

The staff is very patient, respectful, knowledgeable. The website is user friendly.

I signed up with Strategic Consulting in December 2023. They agreed to consolidate my debt via Atlas Debt Relief. I have been e-mailing my contact, Connor Celotto, at Strategic Consulting for over a week to have an update. I have not had any response. I also tried calling his phone (716-337-5459) but it does not connect. I also tried calling the Strategic Consulting number (855-906-3235) from the website and it also does not connect. I also tried calling Atlas Debt Relief on 855-378-1032 but am unable to connect with anyone. Is this a scam?

This company has been taking my money since July 2023 and only resolved 1 of 10 accounts. I have been getting letters and have contacted my creditors and they advise me that they have had no contact from Atlas debt relief. I finally got resolution on 1 other once I contacted everyone. I was TOLD 2-5 months to resolve and I am going on 6 months with only 2 resolved and continuous letters. Be very careful who you choose to handle your debt relief!!

I was expecting a better settlement as in the advertising. The amount was not as advertised.
