I wish there was more communication

Scam!. Monthly draft amount was collected for almost 7 months but not even single correspondence done with my creditors. When i removed all the debt creditors from account as there is not even single progress they have cancelled the account automatically and initiated the refund. But they are holding some retainer fees without my consent or informed to me in any format. So now my time wasted, credit score went down too low and lost money (unnecessary fees per month without informing me). Because of this, i am declaring this company as Scam. Instead of trusting this company please deal with your creditors and they will help you several options for settlement and I did the same.

I was told how long it would be before my first settlement was done and they were right on target

I did not have clear communication from the company that my customer service contact had been changed. I was not provided with the correct number nor email to contact should I need to. It took me several days, calls, emails and much frustration prior to finally getting the information.

The people I am dealing with at Atlas are friendly and answers my questions to the best of their knowledge.

I have been a client of Atlas Debt Relief sense August of 2023, I am still getting calls from my creditors every day! I’m still getting statements every month, and documents stating that accounts are going to be “charged off” or sent to collection agencies! So needless to say I’m not really happy with Atlas Debt Relief so far.

I would like like to have my creditor stop sending me all those messages every day.
