My experience has been calming and a relief and although the process is somewhat slow it is worth the debt relief I’ve experienced . I am eager to get my credit score back ,as it was in the 800’s .. and I had great history so this has been sad and hard and I’m so grateful for the debt relief team . They have been excellent and respectful to me .

Too hard to speak to someone and took way too long to settle. Only one has settled in almost a year.

I love hearing one of the settlements has been approved.

It took awhile to get it!! Now work on the next 6 so I will quit hearing from collector.

I was getting really uncertain about this program. I couldn't get on my account or thru the phone. Tanya was so kind, helpful and professional. She answered all my questions. I am confident with going ahead.

The service

I’ve been with Atlas Debt relief since October 2022. I’m in a much worse place now than I was . You’re better off just paying your debt down slowly then letting these guys just tank your credit score. I’ve been trying to deal with them for months. They don’t have a chat service for clients that works. They have 30 minute to hour long hoops where they tell you they’re taking care of your issue but nothing gets done. I’ve Been trying to close my account with them for months with no response. If you email them an issue they tell you to call. The whole process starts over again. I’m still waiting for my account to close. A process I started in January.

Worst experience of my life. I initially signed up to get help because I was in pretty bad debt. A representative Brian contacted me and explained it to me and I wasn’t 100% on board but I did need help so I signed up. After a few months their partner loan Versara Lending reached out and said I could take a loan from them to help settle all my cards. NOW I pay $700 a month! And out of the $700 they only put $200 towards the principal loan and they keep the rest on interest!!!! Such a scam. I am in a worst situation now then I was before. Please please please do your research before signing up for a relief program. I do not recommend doing it. I went from a 780 credit score to now 560. My stomach turns everytime I think of this and am disappointed in myself for agreeing to it in the first place.

I called in response to an email received that I had a settlement offer. Finally! Had not heard anything from Atlas for months. Original settlement offer expired as a result and my new offer was more $. I did respond to new offer and spoke to a representative at Atlas who confirmed that Atlas is up and working. Received an email confirmation of my settlement approval, so now pleased with service.

I am happy that they r helping me to payoff my debt.

Great customer service! Very professional customer service representatives.

So far so good one debt has been settled and I have not had to do anything except ignore pushy creditors calling me. If the rest of the debt gets settled like it was said I will be saving so much in high interest payments that would take me til retirement and so on to repay

Took a while to get an agreement with one of my creditors, but once completed they struck a great deal for me. Overall, good experience and would recommend their services.

I've accepted settlement offers but I am still receiving emails that I need to accept the offer??? Many emails 2 or 3 a day saying the same thing. Please check your email.

More communication, updates. Recommendations, assistance to helping you pay off the credit cards. All my credit lines are being lowered which impacts my processes.

Keeping me informed and the website is easy to use! Thank you for being there for me! Also when calling in the associates that answer your call are very helpful and don’t try to rush you they listen to you and help you with what information you need

They are hard to get a hold of and they do check in with you and reassure you!

We have one resolved 3 more to go. I wish it would go faster.
